Finally someone else who has the same idea I do regarding training frequency as it relates to intensity. I have always believed that the harder you train the less frequently you need to train, up to a point. I have found that for myself especially as I have gotten older, I'm 53 with a training age of 38. I have always favored higher intensity and moderate volume to lower intensity high volume. I agree that if you truly train hard you sure as hell won't want to, nor be able to train that same body part with any intensity for 5-7 days and like you said you have you have to take into account bodypart overlap. From day one I have always said when you train chest, you train shoulders, train pressing you train tris, train back you also hit biceps and so on. As for barefoot training, it's stupid. The gym is an industrial type environment a person could at least wear a minimalist shoe for some protection, like Duffins Bearfoot shoes.
What is intense to some, maybe easy to other's, everyone one is different, I don't get why other's do not realise this simple fact.

Is it due to prolacinincrease, that Deca works for increasing fluids in joints and does that work like hydralotoic acid, or whatever name it is that fluid in joints is named by? Does Deca by prolactin help collagen type II regeneration in joints, when collagen type II is intaken together with Deca or other stuff that increases prolactin, which mastrubation allso does?

Masterone counteracts the problem of Deca. With it you have anough of androgens. If prolactine should rise, a small dose of caber and this is probably your best and safest off season stack. Caber is toxic for your hearth valves in high doses and taking it too long. This should not pose a problem for a cycle. Don‘t take Tren. Too toxic… if you take it with test you don‘t need Masterone but you can take it to better the bad mood from Tren. But with Tren you definitely need Caber or another dopamin agonist

The only thing high Test gives me is side effects. TRT dose with other anabolics added gives me the best results.

I got athlete's foot, fungus on my toenails from when I was a kid at the YMCA.
I wonder if some of us are just not genetically able to handle Deca.
I started testosterone June 2001, the week I turned 31, for trt. My levels had dropped into the 190’s for some reason.
Since I was now on testosterone I decided to do small cycles here and there, usually just testosterone and sometimes dbol.
December of 2017 I finally decided to try Deca with my testosterone. 500mg test/300mg deca.
Around week 4 I felt it really kicking in, joints felt like I was a teenager again and strength started to go up a bunch.
Week 7 I started having erection issues and cardio started getting terrible.
At week 9 I had labs and my cbc was crazy!
I was always high on hemoglobin and hematocrit but suddenly I was in the anemic range plus my platelet count was three times the high limit. All of my other blood cell markers were way off too.
I quit the deca for a couple months but then started adding it back in at 150mg weekly because it made my joints feel better even at that level.
But I had labs again a couple months into it and I had the same results.
So I have now been off Deca since the end of 2018 and my lab’s still have not gone back to the normal range, except for my platelet count. It is normal but I am still at the low end of the hemoglobin and hematocrit scale and the other RBC test are abnormal.
I have even been spending my summers at 250mg of test weekly. I stay at 120mg weekly from September through May.
That's quite a story. Best thing for me was to add 100mg of npp to my weekly 250mg propionate trt. Labs have remained pretty good.
I take about the same. 400test/200deca and it's great for me. My hemoglobin is high as hell but I give blood to keep it under control
What kind of proper PCT would be good for a 12 week Test 500mg and Deca 200Mg a week cycle ?

I've always squatted with no shoes on (with socks on)because my feet are flat(no arch). When I have shoes on,it hurts my feet.

If I had a 3 hour session, wife wouldn’t be able to walk the next day and it’d be 2 weeks before we could go at it again. To do that on the reg, seems like more work than fun but if that’s what y’all like, more power to ya.

test dosage depends a 100% on your genetics, the biggest pro bodybuilder i have ever seen took 1,5g, the smallest on stage took 4g, some guys are getting sensitive nippels on just a TRT dosage 🤣..most guys say that everything above 750mg causes just much more side effects especially regulating estrogen can become a nightmare in many cases, cheers 🦾🦾

Such a tremendous shocking gap of both steroid dosage and length. In addition to the use of HGH and Insulin. But on the positive side, we have access to these drugs and many more. We have more control in our hands though, so we can definitely monitor ourselves more than back then brother

Ive gained good muscle with the help of var. in MY experience, I’d love to add that within 3 days of adding var with my test, the gains started appearing much quicker than my propionate test ester. Var is truly a beautiful compound, i have love and respect for it.

I used to train once per week and got nowhere. Doesn't work for me at all. I train twice per week. High rep, low weight. I have rotator cuff issues that hold me back from training heavy. I'm 53, 183 pounds, 5'6" and jacked. PED's, yes.
Train your rotations then.. externals and internal rotation.. literally nobody does those

To put it simply - not everyone is ' built ' the same, for instance my mentor squats barefoot and in perfect form - never seen anyone that can match his Achilles tendon flexibly, his back stays closer to perpendicular than any I have seen. Never had any cleanliness issues either, nor have I.
Squatting barefoot is better for some people, as with standing barbell shoulder press behind the neck.
He only believes in only two exercises for legs and has more symmetrical legs than any Pro I have seen since I discovered bodybuilding when I was 13yrs old.
He's natural and is that good he got laughed off the stage at a natural competition in the UK back in the late 70's with the commentator accusing him of being on steroids - he was not!!! 🤣

The majority of side effects that people blame on other compounds is actually from their high Test dose. They just don't get it. Trt dose with other compounds added is the best way to go

As a viewer, gotta realize that everyone's body is unique/different. What might work better for someone might night work well for others. Your mind/muscle connection is huge, so listening to your body is key. If working out super heavy one day a week where it takes you 5-6 days to recover that muscle is what getting you the best results, don't stop just because someone doesn't agree with you. For me, I used to work out 6 days a week (push, pull, legs twice a week). I had decent gains but noticed I was working out sore and muscles werent fully recovered. Changed to push mon, rest tues, pull weds, rest thurs, and legs fri. Rest sat and sun. That schedule nearly double my gains over a month and feels like Im working out less. But it might be the opposite for you. Gotta listen to your body.
Mike Israetel himself would tell you that advanced bodybuilders could need to have that type of training frequency in place in order to recover from the muscle damage they create with just a few sets, specially with muscles that can be exposed to a great stretch under heavy weight such as the hamstrings, the quads or the chest.
At the same time, even if training frequency increases the speed of muscle growth by a slight margin, it's not mandatory to grow, and it won't matter what's more optimal if your tendons and ligaments don't recover and you get injured trying to get your supposed F2, which won't happen for a skinny guy doing 225 lbs on squats, but it will probably happen for a bodybuilder using 585 lbs for his sets.
@@maenlest17 Mike has done videos about this and explained it. He never said it was needed for advanced bodybuilders nor would he. If you read any of his books and research literature as well it dispells the once a week myth. Even for joints and tendons.
Studies and PhDs are certainly fine to glean information from, but I would never put 100% faith in any one study or any one person. Bodybuilding/hypertrophy training in particular seems to be one area that many different people have succeeded in using many different training styles, splits, frequencies, etc. Dr Mike certainly has some interesting ideas and info. But I don't always 100% agree with him on everything.
One issue I have observed with studies on this subject is that they are often performed on people who I would consider beginners (0-12 months of training) or intermediates (less than 3-5 years of training). Outside factors such as nutrition, rest, stressors, PED use, etc are often not accounted for.
Early on, I used several different popular training styles/splits (3x a week full body, 4x a week splitting the body in half, 3x a week PPL once a week when life was really hectic, and 6x a week PPL twice a week) the first few years I trained (age18 to age 21-22) with some results. After a period where I had been training as much as 6 days a week and being constantly exhausted, I stumbled across the "one bodypart a day" aka "bro split" thing.
I gradually pared back to 4 training days a week, doing 1-2 bodyparts each session. By my mid 30's I had put on nearly 100 pounds of mostly muscle drug free - the vast majority of that weight from training this way. I have found that really hammering 1-2 bodyparts directly in about an hour per session, doing four sessions per week works best for me over time.
I just don't do as well over the long term training more often, or doing say 5-6 sets per bodypart of 5-6 different bodyparts in any one session. I prefer hitting large bodyparts directly with 12-15 work sets in a session, and smaller bodyparts with 8-10 work sets per session.
I do train calves at least twice a week because they have always been stubborn. Two thigh workouts over the course of ten days - one grueling quad workout that hits hams indirectly (squats, leg press and hacks with feet up fairly high, HS machine squats), and one ham workout with a bit of quads again thrown in (legs are the first thing to go as we age). Delts and tris are hit hard when working chest. Chest is hit from CGBP and dips done for tris in arm session. Tris are hit hard from overhead presses in delt/trap session. Chest also gets a bit of work from heavy overhead BB press at a steep incline in delt/trap session. Upper back/lats get some work from heavy pressing, as well as heavy DB bent laterals and shrugs. Bis get worked very hard from heavy rows, pullups, and rack pulls on back day. Calves are worked with hams, and also after chest and after delts/traps.
Another thing to keep in mind is that training smaller bodyparts doesn't cause anywhere near the systemic fatigue that working quads and back do. Like calves, I have at times trained arms directly more often - I have in the past paired tris with delts and bis with chest besides having one day dedicated to arms. It is of course much harder to squat and deadlift every 2-3 days than it is to do curls and calf raises 2-3 times a week - particularly when you are more advanced and stronger/older.
I noticed at about the time I hit 30 that my recovery ability took a noticeable dip - but this did not stop me from making great gains between 30 and 36. I'm 53 now and have maintained pretty well without drugs.
I would like to see studies showing that advanced bodybuilders (preferably drug-free) gain more mass and 5-15 rep strength over longer periods of time (say 6 months or longer) training all bodyparts directly 2-3 times a week vs similar overall weekly volume and effort with less bodypart frequency.
