I configured the damage of the lightsabers in damager modifiers and in damage, the folders is inside The Outer Rim mod, if you go into the folder you will find, I increased the damage and changed this command in all files that are written slash or pierce to 0, example of the command below.
( "dismembermentMinVelocity": 0.0, ) : so all the npcs die instantly when you touch the saber, which makes it realistic, don't use dismemberment mods when activated, because when you hit the npc the sliceable torso mod will bug and just if you stock the npc he will be cut in half.

hey did you install another mod for the stormtroopers because i download outer rim but my stormtroopers don't use blasters

If you go to the optional files of the Outer Rim mod there will be blasters for NPCs and also the Firearm AI Fix mod, to make the mod work, and the npc with blasters.
