  • Drivers FURIOUS: F1 Drops BOMBSHELL with HUGE Regulation Changes for 2026!
Drivers are furious as Formula 1 just dropped a bombshell with massive regulation changes for 2026! Imagine the shockwaves rippling through the F1 world as these game-changing rules are unveiled. It's a whole new ball game from engine shifts to penalty shake-ups! So, let's dive into this video today to know what these jaw-dropping changes mean for the future of F1 racing.
Formula 1 (F1) is famous for having countless good and not-so-good rules. F1 and the FIA (the sport's governing body) are changing many rules to make the races more exciting. These changes aren't just for the 2026 car designs but also for the years before and after. Some changes will make fans very happy.
F1 is thinking about using different engines from 2030 to make the cars louder. F1 Executives and the FIA are about to finalize the rules for the 2026 cars, including the chassis and power units. However, they are already looking ahead to the next set of rules. For over 15 years, F1 has used Turbo Hybrid engines, but Stefano Domenicali, an F1 leader, suggested a big change: "One alternative is to abandon the existing model entirely."

Fully sustainable fuel will be a huge step forward and thankfully will negate the use of the hybrid sewing machine power units. Give us back the V8, V10 units and definitely make the cars lighter and shorter so we can have real wheel to wheel racing again. As for sprint races, mehhh

Formula One races didn’t need sprints back then. The race was a 2-hour flat-out sprint in and of itself.
If I were them I’d do whatever it takes to bring back the smaller cars & the old engines as soon as possible. If it means that the whole 2025 season has to be cancelled to give the teams the development time they need, then so be it. I will never watch a hybrid race ever again and every fan should do the same.
It’s time to bring back the REAL Formula One.

F1 should stick baseball cards in the spokes for engine noise. It worked for us.

V10 would be better. I live in Merica, I hear v8's all day.

F1 should go to V8 and make the car length at least a meter in a half shorter that will give fans the sounds they want and the speed increase on tv

Thank you. Great to see people finally speaking up about the REAL biggest problem in modern F1.

The 2026 power unit homologation is HUGE mistake.

FIA needs to implement a rule that states, " No team employee can be the head of a race organization. "
I am tired of Ferrari lackeys being put in charge of F1 and still doing the bidding of Ferrari.

If more drivers get points like 1 to 15 they will stop driving like idiots so they don't get penalised
