Thanks for video. We approach our groceries as a critical part of our health. Neither my wife or I are on any prescription meds (we are 72 and 68). Because we see our groceries/eating as so important to our health, we buy nothing pre-prepared in boxed, mixes, etc. We also don’t buy or eat junk food or take out/fast food. We also do eat no sugar or sweetener of any kind. It’s stunning to actually read food labels - almost all pre-prepared items have sugar or some kind of sugar/sweetener. Just awful! And has such a negative impact on everyone’s health. All of the above things fir us are real cost saving too! Our gas in the Pacific NW, is around $3-3.50/gallon. We have family in Tennessee. All the best!
Well, that was kind of fun to watch. I am the primary grocery shopper at my house. I see the final bill and I know how it has gone up so I'm looking for better buys too without too much of a compromise. The big store by us is Meijer although there is a Walmart about a 1/2 mile away. I didn't know about those Thin & Crispy pizzas at Walmart. We like thin crust pizza so, we'll have to give them a try. (Our favorite is the Bellatoria Ultra Thin Crust pizza.) The McCafé decaf is probably pretty good coffee but it's 62c/oz whereas the Great Value decaf is 37c/oz. I was surprised that you bought shredded lettuce when you could have saved a little just buying a head and slicing it like a loaf a bread in 1/4 in slices. It's not unusual for people to have a cluttered desk. Mine has already undergone a decluttering but it's getting messy again. Your desk was really no big deal. But a clean desk does look sharp. 🙂
Fun video, skipped ahead in a couple of spots. Impressed that you stayed within your budget...or close to it. Tim did a Buckie's Video a while back, it's a very interesting place. Will you be making a Thanksgiving dinner shopping trip?

A very pleasing comment to read. Thanks for that. I will have to check out the GV Decaf Coffee next time I am there.

I probably won't make a Thanksgiving Haul video since I will be out of town and we will probably not have a dinner to make.
Hi Ron, thank you for the grocery video. 😃
Welcome Pam. Hope you are doing well.
