Great video! Our family needs to venture back to the Caribbean. It is so difficult to pick a port worthy cruise when you have to fly! I’m glad you mentioned both tours booked through the cruise and alone. I have rarely enjoyed a ship sponsored tour. My kids on the other hand feel so much safer and enjoy the experience when booking with the cruise line. When they were young it was convenient to have a structured excursion, and as teenagers they enjoyed knowing what they were looking forward to.

Am happy you had a great time. You must come back,and stay longer. It's a beautiful island. There is an international airport in the South of the island. St Lucia has won numerous awards including " Best Honeymoon Destination".

I'm from the beautiful island of Saint Lucia and you pop up on my feed, great review. When pronouncing anything in Saint Lucia think French. We speak French Kweyol. The Castries market and twin peaks Gros and Petite Piton are great places to visit. I saw your wife drinking a piton. There's lots to do on this small island and we are very friendly.

Not sure I understand your question. Taxi guys in port are good and can offer you a tour. Like many other ports, negotiate with them and get prices from a couple different options.

How much cash should I carry with me (2adults) does excursions accept credit card and local restaurants?
Most excursions will take a CC but prefer cash. I'd suggest $100-150 in cash per person on top of the excursion cost. Just to have some flexibility. But everyone is different in spending and what they tend to buy.
Its funny I flagged that excursion on Viator before watching this. Who did you book it through?
I put the information in the video description and pinned a comment. We booked through Spencer Ambrose tours. He's great and a super nice guy.
My only reservation with using the local guides is safety concerns in regards of whose legit.
Obviously that's a reasonable concern but do research and use people that have a history of reviews and provide great service. We always do our research when we use a new tour guide.
