My idea: what if deku or izuku Midoriya created his own clan village as you know deku was diagnosed as quirkless decided to run away into the forest/he got lost he felt really lonely he met a girl she had a frog quirk her name was tsuyu asui it appears she was abandoned by her family deku felt bad and took her in he met two more people himako toga and Toya todoroki deku decided he can be a hero in any way so he started recruiting people his age who were neglected abused or runaways he made a perfect place for quirkless people and the ones who had mutant animal quirks/village name: kasei/clan name: shirai Midoriya/side note: did you also wanted to add his family surname into his the clan he was creating/also it's a clan of vigilantes/please accept my idea 💡
