I am glad you found the video useful. I would recommend "The First 90 Days" by Michael Watkins which is a very useful book when planning out your first 90 days in any new job or new project etc. We also have a couple of example 30-60-90 day plans in our Job Hunting Hub at enhance.training too.
I’m so sorry for being stupid, but I have a question. This plan is the following: I will write a letter about what I will do in the first 30, 60 and 90 days in the job, right? Based on the job description, I will BS and tell them how I will perform during the next 3 months, right? I’m about to cry. I can’t find a job at the federal court. I have 16 years of experience working for the courts, training, BA in criminal justice, and speak three languages. What am I doing wrong?
