- In this Bhindi Fry Recipe I have shown step by step process to make Crispy Bhindi Fry. This recipe of कुरकुरी भिंडी (Okra fry) by kabitaskitchen details the authentic way of making delicious bhendi fry.

Serving-3
Ingredients:
Okra/bhindi-500 gm(washed, dried and chopped)
Dry red chilli-2
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-5 to 6 tbsp
