14 passengers evacuated from Haiti

A plane chartered by the Florida Department of Emergency Management evacuated 14 Florida residents, including children, out of Haiti on Wednesday.
The passengers were able to reunite with their families upon arrival at Sanford International Airport.
The executive director of the Florida Division of Emergency Management Kevin Guthrie said that they had received calls from 554 people asking for assistance getting out of Haiti as of 6 p.m.
Philippe Armand was able to reunite with his son and he thanked Governor DeSantis and the teams involved for their efforts.
