behra hai kya randipakode
Bro he makes people invest.
@@pry246 😂😂😂😂
Earns 1000 cr every year but cant spend 1000 rupees Mike for guests
Lmao. Those are good roads mics. It’s the position that’s bad.
Epic
PS:
Best quote: 8:15 : The higher your imposter complex i, you believe you should not have gotten lucky in the manner that you did, the nicer you turn out to be as a person.
Explained: When someone with a high imposter complex believes they have been lucky or undeserving of their achievements, they may develop a sense of gratitude and humility. They recognize that others might also be capable of similar achievements but may not have had the same fortunate opportunities. This awareness can lead to increased empathy and a desire to be kinder to others.
"and maybe it was all circumstantial and luck." 50% hard work 50% luck. No more no less.
@@jainraunak90 definitely, but that's the thing with a person having imposter syndrome. They work hard 100 percent and maybe successful but can't market themselves and boast about oneself compared to their colleague (let say) getting a promotion with less work and more show off
these are the kind of podcast India need
The moment he said "world doesn't know how to deal with nice people" I felt it so strong. Just adding to that, I see new gens moving towards if you are nice. They find it weird and start running away. People are not emotionally mature enough that they have come up with things like ghosting. Being selfish has become so crucial choice for success or happiness for lot of people.
Why do you expect world to treat you good. You are good for your own sake not for others. It is your true nature.
@@aanakrukavi Indeed!! It's not expectation it's just surprising behavior people get for being nice.
Addicted to this channel..so authentic, peaceful talks. Great learning
Super episode and talk! I believe most of the people in corporate life should learn about Ontology which will raise once conscious level high and in turn recognition and appreciation of niceness will start
Hey Nick, gr8 podcast, would really like to know all the books you're read. If you can categorize make a list that would be helpful.
World doesn't know how to treat nice people. This was awesome. So many i have seen people getting mistreated. It makes me feel really sad. We can guide the others then, but one sad truth i have learnt is that we cannot fight their battle always even for your very own. Also yes the truth is that when you are really in a bad position at that moment because of the insecurity which we might have had for any reason we don't give up... No matter what
For those who are complaining about the audio setup, actually, the audio setup is fine but they need a better audio mixing engineer for their audio-videos. The levels of all the channels are not balanced and the master level is also low and the dynamics are too far apart.
If the channel admin is reading this then do hit me up, I'll fix this issue for free. 😊
That's odd considering it's the channel of a billionaire
May be you should get Nandan Nilekani. On how technology can be used bring social change for a billion people.
After a lot of videos related to investments, farming, spiritual, etc., I love your video series, the way its made like a humbling discussion among friends.
Thanks for this segment. Very insightful.
Please Discuss about this Nikhil Sir What specific problems have you and others successfully resolved, and how did you go about solving them?
Hi Nikhil what boos in PSycology would you recomend
I would like to see Narayan Murthy, Anand Mahindra, Ratan Tata and Sudha Murthy on your table discussion.
why are you not uploading full episode videos on youtube ?
quite insightful!
Please enlighten us what do you think about Adler and Freud
Most intelligent and real good useful knowledge from this podcast. Was much needed amongst all the noise. Thank you.

The audio is too low. Please fix that.
How come no further episodes or is this a monthly series
My height was 4ft 2inches and I won 3 gold medals but still couldn't play for my country
If you are around family all the time they will run away 😂… this is the new talk!
hey nikhil LOVED THE PODCAST. i would like to have asheer grover on the podcast next.
I agree world doesn’t know how to deal with niceness, so they would mock, mistreat it, try take advantage. People don’t understand being fundamentally nice and polite for sake of niceness and politeness
Which psychology book is Nikhil quoting from towards the beginning of the video?
That's why you have a POC in an telecom network and POC in corporate culture
Please add the names of other panelist in the description.
9:20 Tanmay bhatt imagining Bhagwant Mann is so hilarious

I really want to watch this broadcast but can’t understand their English
Oh man that was like a beautiful Breeze of mountain air. ❣️
Audio 💣
Niceness is taken advantage in India. Not around the world. I live in the US and it does not happen here. People strive to be nice here.
Would like to watch your very own brother
Nikhil, I hope you read this and answer the question in your upcoming video. You've read a lot of psychology books and am sure you understand things better. But why was it harder for you to get over your divorce for such a long time at this age?
Bring more videos
Eyes chico, they never lie
Looks like ur team is also inspired by Lex😁
Love this combination of Tanmay with these entrepreneurs ! Also i feel that Tanmay is the most Intellectual comedian that i can think of from India ! He's like the Shah Rukh khan of Comedy :)
It is about EQ 👌
What is his name?
Umang bedi
If you by any chance have politicians - please invite Jaya Prakash Narayana.
Who are the guests. Their names. Still trying to figure out.
Tanmay Bhatt
Umang Bedi
Aprameya Radhakrishna
Please make tanmay a constant
Insecurity and how are we compensating it..wow...wow...wow :)
But I can’t understand English 😒
Comedians are smart...but there have been some really really unfunny and pathetic stand up comics recently...i might just rephrase and say really good/funny stand up comics are some of the smartest people
nikhik dude you are interrupting
You are a factor of your 1) Genetics (Biological inherited intelligence/ IQ) and natural talent 2) Environment (Parental wealth, nutrition, nature) 3) Opportunities largely influenced by parental wealth
Can you bring elon musk ?
Bring elon musk, joe rogan, Jordan Peterson, Andrew Tate
Please bring Ashneer Grover in your show once, iff possible
My favorite guest is Tanmay Bhatt ! I think he adds a very unique flavor of intellect while keeping the vibe of the room light. Everytime the camera is on him as a viewer I am so excited because I dont know what's next. Is it going to be a comic comment or something really deep or out of what's being spoken off!
Why is his voice so hot?
Bhai …pls allow others to talk …for everything u have a gyan
Too much psychology will drain you
What is tanmay batt doing there ?? How can u invite him.. he has zero achievement and sitting with u guys

Incompetent sheeps commenting on competent individuals
Please bring Ashneer Grover to your Podcast
May be your prostate gland secretion was higher than Karan Johar.

Robotic voice
The fat guy in the room had Fareeda Jalal’s blessings for what he and his team did yo her in AIB roast.
Umang's voice is ROBOTIC
