Your hood needs help. I recommend using a wire hanger. All you have to do is cut it to size and stitch and/or glue it in to the underside then bend it to shape. BOOM you have a hood that looks like the Eagle's head its supposed to be. Also I suggest you make the hood a little bit bigger so it covers the top of your head a little more. I hope this helps :)

Put thick wire that leads up to the hood. Then sew over the wire so the hood and the beak stays more stable and not so floppy (talking about the beak)

I think the chest part could do a bit of work, maybe you could actually have layers instead of patching it all on the same layer. it's an easy modification for the phantom blade. just remove the straps, measure your arm with the gloves on then put on new straps and buckles on it. simple.
