Sifu...this is really powerful and so true. I am struggling with this right now, trying to shift the paradigm and shatter the glass ceiling. It's hard to let go but I know I have to. Thank you for another powerful lesson.

The S quadrant mindset can only take you so far, because, like the E quadrant, it was only designed to teach you things you need to learn to be successful in life. When you look at Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow Quadrant, not just as identifiers, but as stages of maturity in one's financial education, it makes sense that public education, including higher education, only educate you to succeed in the first stage.
You need to use E skills to run an S business, and you need S skills to start and run a B business, and you need to learn I skills to be able to properly invest back into your business. I do love the real educational process! Thank you for the part you have played in it!

    DAN IS REALLY THE MAN...
it is really a blessing to learn from a teacher who has been through everything himself.
Love you my teacher. I finished your FU Money book in one day in one sitting and from there I listen to every video you post.
Thank you for being so helpful.

The Glass Ceiling is the level an S Quadrant business owner can reach before the pressures of complexity destroy them.
The B Quadrant business owner begins to hit the exponential curve at about the same time the S Quadrant business owner begins to hit the Glass Ceiling Plateau.

Thank you Dan! Not just for entrepreneur - looks like same for a successful independent freelancer who need to step ahead further for expanding himself. Now, I'm looking that my own expertise are holding me back at high level.
Perhaps, I need to listen your videos on delegation.

    Fantastic insight as always, Dan.
From a corporate perspective, I have lost count of the number of excellent workers I see that get promoted, but their mindset is still stuck in the minutiae. Result? Their careers plateau - sometimes for years, sometimes forever.

weve just currently flat lined but i always look for new opportunities i can expand on. i dont believe these times are bad as some feel they are. it makes you think harder of the possible opportunities youve missed before and allows you to expand on them again. im now investing in new equipment to open a fabrication side to the paint shop from which we can grow both sides of the company instead of having all of our eggs in one basket. from this i can then start growing the other ideas i currently have sat in my notebook. business is a game and theres nothing more enjoyable than the chase and watching an idea grow into reality

There has to be validity to what you're saying because I'm getting uncomfortable at the idea of letting things go out of my control and handing some responsibilities over to others. Thank you.

eisha collins put incentives or consequences to people you hire in leadership positions- so that they stay on task.

I want to encourage you to keep on keeping on in this "uncomfortable" direction. Eventually, you will find the pure pleasure of having almost nothing in your "direct" control.

The Glass Ceiling is the limit of hard work and long hours.
Passive Income is the direct opposite of hard work and long hours, right? Why do people start out believing that working harder could possibly lead to passive income?

I've got that AHA moment now, and I haven't even started the business. But I was wondering how far I can go by myself (and of course, it has to be only me, because I am a control freak, or, the way you put it more politely "a rugged individualist" !!! That's a cool name, but doesn't change the fact that I will have to act differently then I started, to be able to pass that GC...

I am dealing with this right now. Thank you for a tip. However some buisness are scalable and some don't. What can you advise someone whose builsness base on hard to get know-how. Is this some kind of trap. And when I finnally find someone I can teach I will train simply competition ? What can you advise Dan in that case ?
