Our Birthday Vlog! (ft. last few hours being a teenager) | Mescia Twins

Hey Guys!!!
Hope you enjoy! Thankyou so much for all the love on our birthday, we love you all SO much!
Our Birthday Cake:
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Oat flour
1 1/2 cup Blanched almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tblsp Guar Gum
Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1-2 servings of Choc Vegan Protein powder (we use whitewolf all-in-one)
Wet Ingredients:
2 tblsp of Coconut Oil
1/2 block of Natural Vegan Dark chocolate (we use loving earth)
2-3 tblsp Agave Syrup (can put as much sweetner as you want)
1-2 drops of the stevia vanilla drops
1 egg
Unsweetened Almond milk (honestly not sure how much we did, depends on how thick you want it)
Mix the wet ingredients into the Dry & bake on 180 degrees celsius for approx. 30 mins or until cooked.
Icing: Just mix some of the thick part of the coconut cream & caramel/chocolate protein powder together and thats it haha :)

i know its too late but ya'll should look up a bean cake - it's made with black beans (1 tin) dates (10 ) maple syrup or agave syrup (3 tbsp) cacao (1/4 cup) coconut oil (4 tbsp) baking powder (1 tsp) and then wholemeal flour (tbsp) - mix all together in a blender then put in a lined loaf tin and sprinkle 1 cup of frozen raspberries and cook for 35 mins - and then check if it needs a lil more . fan forced oven on 180 ish xx
