A lot of burgers are made this way, it's called a smash burger. Many places do it! It cooks the burger really fast and makes it nice and crispy. It does look a bit weird but it's delicious :)

A lot of burgers are made this way, it's called a smash burger. Many places do it! It cooks the burger really fast and makes it nice and crispy. It does look a bit weird but it's delicious :)
