Thanks for presenting this story. I was at the night show to see Elvis at the Spectrum. I even walked over to the Hilton Hotel just to see if he was staying their. But the desk clerk said " NoElvis wasn't staying their , but i didn't believe him. but it was late at night after the concert, so we keep moving on, Now I wish I had stayed around to see for myself. Philly loved Elvis

No, I’ve never seen these pictures before Jon but, LOL, love them! 😃. Love your reenactment with your jar of peanut butter 🥜 🧈 . He appeared at the Philadelphia Spectrum on May 28, 1977, 2 and a half months before he died. He said, no matter what you hear about me, I'm in good health (he was drugged, extremely overweight and had to read the words to My Way) and I'll be back next year. Two and a half months he died in August 1977. I have the tickets to the concerts I attended...the 2pm one and the 8pm one in 1977.
