merci pour ces images d'une terre hyper volcanique, dramatiquement en transformations...à une échelle qui nous dépasse, images exaltantes et apaisantes d'un sentier magnifique et pleins d'oiseaux .....de fraicheur et de pureté vierge , de ces bains et cocktails somptueux dans le calme tonique de cette orchestration avec une musique superbe , on a du mal à imaginer ce volcan jeune mais si longtemps éteint se ..réveiller .......aussi dramatiquement ce qui rend le tout poignant et surréel..et démontre aussi la force et l a beauté sauvage de la pacha mama, et l'importance de respecter là ou nous sommes quand tout peut arriver .....et garder ... la trace de nos pas .....que vallà'ben

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren für 2 Wochen auf der Insel.
Wir standen auch hoch oben über den Wolken und schauten den Vögel unter uns beim Fliegen zu.
Es war ein wahrlich wundervoller...(voller Wunder)...Urlaub.
Sehr beeindruckend und ursprünglich.
Auf jeden Fall eine auch längere Reise wert.
1973 war ich auf Grand Canaria. Zum Schwimmen nach Maspalomas jeden Tag mit dem Bus gefahren.
Es lohnt sich auf jedenfall, man kann dort ganz schön viel entdecken. Gerade auch abseits der Touristenmassen auf den größeren Schwesterinseln. Liebe Grüße und danke für den Kommentar!

La Isla de La palma es un paraiso casi desconocido,es dificil encotrar tanta belleza en tan poco espacio. Estuve hace 20 años recorriendola entera y porque unos amigos me la recomendaron pues yo tenia pensado ir a Tenerife Y Lanzarote.... que son las más conocidas....Nunca olvidé este maravilloso lugar ni a sus habitantes ,por eso tengo ahora una inmensa tristeza que solo se consuela pensando en como ayudar a todas esas personas que estan sufriendo la furia del volcan.NO OLVIDEMOS A LOS HABITANTES DE ESTA MARAVILLOSA ISL.

My favourite Canary Island. Very sad to see the destruction caused by the volcano and the people who have lost homes etc .I hope things settle down soon .
It is quite sad, it is worse than a bad flooding where at least you can rebuild the house in many cases. Last night I read on the German news that the people have a mandatory disaster fund that every homeowner has to pay into. If that is the case, at least the financial disaster would be not as severe for the people. Let's hope for the best.

It'll be well worth it, hopefully the infrastructure is quickly rebuilt. The main road connecting the towns will probably be the issue, once that is sorted out it'll be easy to drive around the island.

Qué belleza... Mi familia materna Perdomo viene de Canarias. Lástima que después de esa gran erupción volcánica y de tanto daño nos acerquemos a esa isla y gente encantadora. Sé que tras la tempestad vendrá la bonanza. Ustedes siempre se han sobrepuesto a las adversidades. Que Dios, sus autoridades y entre ustedes se protejan. En Guatemala, América Central, tenemos un gran embajador canario: el Santo Hermano Pedro de San José de Bethancourt: el hombre que fue caridad. Espero visitarlos y encontrarlos más fuertes y felices que el volcán.

Great video! We loved La Palma most of the all the beautiful islands of the Canaries. We stayed on our sailing boat in Tazacorte for 2 month. A great marina and a good place to start hiking from. We will be back! Our son is at this moment hiking on La Palma. He is a well traveled guide that i belive will be impressed of the island beauty.

Como reserva natural, senderismo ecológico es bellísimo, para cultivar ya que el suelo volcánico es rico en nutrientes, pero para asentamientos humanos con el historial explosivo que tiene lo mejor es buscar otro lugar menos explosivo para vivir. Claro que siempre hay riesgo en todo lugar pero si se conoce es mejor prevenir. Oramos por la vida de las personas que aún permanecen en el lugar.
