Depending on location (altitude, day & night temperature variation) types can be mixed (Asiatic, LA hybrid and Oriental) for summer and winter production.
Generally for hardy stem plants like Rose, 2,4-D at low dosages (sold in India as Rootex) is used. But, then systems have changed to Tissue Culture in many plants like Gerbera, where rooting is done with a variety of hormones in vitro

Sir at the time of rooting what kind of Hormones and at what concentration you used for better Root elongation?
