Marine Biology Television, a parody of HBO

Parody of the HBO header for Marine Biology Television, or MBO The video was designed to show how marine biology can gain more interest in social media by imitating classic videos. By hooking into popular culture, I aim to enhance science's reputation and gain more interest in our research and our discoveries in the natural world, especially our rapidly changing planet.
The video was created for, and presented at, the Presidential Address of the 100th Meeting of the Western Society of Naturalists in Ensenada, Mexico on November 2, 2019.
