Just to let y’all know if you have see through ends they’re split ends and you need to cut them. Like she said the ends being healthy is how you grow your hair. She might not need to bc she probably has a good diet, her being an athlete and all, and a good diet goes a long way for your hair and body. But don’t clip your ends if you don’t know what you’re doing have someone who does do it for you, you don’t want to ruin your hair. And make sure to keep your hair moisturized so it doesn’t get dry and break off. Hope this helped☺️💜
