Biking is what i live for. I've always been a rider for 34 years. Have a GPZ500S for commuting and Crossrunner for Europe and long UK trips. I have crushed disc. Doesn't stop me unless it pops out. Then, its trying to walk again before i can ride!!

Hi Ray Good to see you back in the saddle as they say, hope your condition improves steadily from now on. Just a littlie observation, are you leaning forward on your bike in normal use, it looks to me as if you are leaning forward taking your weight on your wrists. This why I ride n RT, which allows you to ride in an upright position as so reduce fatigue and discomfort.....Just a thought Ray
Hi Reg. Doc says riding position isn't an issue, at least it wasn't what caused the issue I have. For now, it's not a good idea ter ride it, but once I'm 'cured', I'll be good ter go. Thanks for watching. 👌
Hi Ray, in one of your video's you reviewed the FT 998 helmet. In this video uploaded 6 days ago you are wearing a HJC. Was this video filmed before you had the FT 998 or have you swapped for a HJC? Good to see you out riding again.
That was filmed in October last year. I'm not supposed to ride the bike just yet. Still waiting full recovery. I'm looking at some new videos that don't involve riding, but still posting stuff I either uploaded a while ago, or got from trawling recent footage. This one was uploaded a while ago. Just got ZZR1200 in Silver. Looking forward to a dry weekend. They are the most expensive petrol and diesel prices iv'e seen in UK.
