Rubbish post office, though. I had to renew my driving licence last month and got into a large general queue. When I got closer, I noticed a faint handwritten sign on the window which processes them, got my husband to hold our place in the forty person queue, went to it, only to read that you had to make an appointment on certain days, including that day. Nothing to say how to make that appointment. We’d been waiting for thirty minutes. Went next day to Cambridge, where they triage you at the door. We were seen in a minute and were out the door in five.
