Congrats to FAA. In his match against Rublev, I thought that he was going to fold after losing the first set. But he surprised me by coming back to win the match in 3. In the final, I was also skeptical about Felix winning since he lost the past 5 matches against Tsitsipas and obviously his 0-8 record in finals was definitely on his mind during the match. Again, he surprised me by winning in straight sets and he made it look easy against a top 5 ranked player. Out of the younger players, I think that Felix has a pretty good chance of winning a grand slam in the future along with Alcaraz.

Felix played exceptionally well ! He had a great strategy , a solid forehand , backhand and crisp game ! Tsitsipas clearly today was not in his element at all ! The amount of back hand errors from Tsitsipas was concerning! He normally has an error free game ! Today Auger rose to the occasion and ran with it, and closed the game quick ! This has been long coming and well deserved by Auger ! Auger now has that ATP 500 dark cloud over him to rest ! Now he can catch a break ! Having been through a ton of finals , this must be totally 💯 sweet ! Well deserved Auger ! The Greek Tennis 🎾 God is one of my faves too ! Along with Auger BUT this one I was all in for Auger ! Great showcase of tennis 🎾

He played such a dominant match against Stefanos who is now 0-8 in ATP 500 finals although he’s won 1 master title and 1 ATP finals.

Stef had tougher opponents whenever he played the 500 tournaments. He should have won 2-3 of them that he let slip away tho. He will win one eventually.

    Felix's set of weapons:
    1. That reliable backhand
    2. His forehand finishes the point
    3. He's serving very efficiently. He's not a serve bot but his 1st serves sets up the winners.
    4. The mental toughness. His 2022 Aussie Open encounter against Medvedev taught him a valuable lesson: play well when you're ahead.
    5. Of course, the athleticism. He moves very well and I like his footwork.
I expect him to win a Grand Slam next year, if not this year.

Felix's tennis is beautiful, he is balanced, reminds me of Federer's best form back in 2000's. Only thing a bit annoying is the grunt, anything else looks truly beautiful. Good looking technique!
