The spirit based seltzers are so much better than fermented in my opinion. Plus needing less of it in the can to get to 4-5% allows more room for fruit and other flavors.

That's very selfish actually. Do everyone a favor and drink some vodka so the water isn't wasted, your liver will take on the labor. If you have a good liver it's kind of your duty to drink alcohol to return water back to the ecosystem.
