It is true shouting is not good but find out why? talk to his relatives. Is it his nature? When you meet a friend and you see when you notice people listen keenly how he or she talks, that is a good person, but if everybody shrinks as if they are not there or somebody who is always ready to fight or abusing others, always overspending drinking too much complaining about others, you are in for trouble. Even though, the bottom line is there is no perfect person. We try to cope where necessary. Matilda

Quite enlightening. When I see fellow women bashing another woman due to marital woes, I shudder because this can happen to the best of us. Most women suffer silently because of the kids. Having courage to quit a toxic relationship is everything. The realization that no man can complete us is so liberating.

Wengine wanaachana, wengine kama sisi tulifukuzwa 😂 but si ni life 😅. Toxic marriages damage kids big time. Low self esteem and all that bad stuff. Had to seek therapy in adulthood

Take heart, though its a tough situation through such a period. Take care of yourself, avoid stressful thoughts otherwise it might lead to total depression and stress related illness.

I love the show. That phrase of Jacky that good men like our fathers do exist. It's such a coincidence... I once told my husband that that he told me i dont respect her mum who died 10yrs ago same as my father and he packed me out and brought me back to my mum... And he's sorry after 4months and wants me back
