That "FEEL FAMILIAR?" in the miracle station also improves the theory that the area was supposed to be in the original game.

No it's not. It's called that because film (which Joey Drew Studios made cartoons) is Moving Pictures. I know this because that moving picture wasn't there when the Chapter was originally called that.
One thing I found interesting about the hidden area in Chapter 3 is that if you stand in the broken Little Miracle Station, you can hear the same backwards audio that plays when you crawl out of the ink after dying.

Actully you can do 4 things with the Miner Searcher, turn on the ink flow let the searcher kill you and then your past Sammy and can get to the exit... THE PUMP WAS A LIE!!! Also the sound of Bendy banging on the door and walking away wasn't new it was there when Chapter 2 First released!

In the chapter 3 trailer, you can see that when the person running gets inside the miracle station, Bendy still aknowledges his/her presence. Thats why you find it ripped over.
And bendy even knows you are in the miracle station in chapter 4

Pro tip for the waves in chapter 3.
Do everything as normal but if you remove the planks keep the bottom 3 planks then pull the lever
If you get their attencion run back behind the planks they will try to get you but they cant hit you but you can hit them.
It also works with other things with the elevator, if you’re getting attacked and it’s not really easy to kill something run into the elevator (try and stay far from the thing attacking) and close the door, keeping yourself in while it attacks you. (It also works the other way around basically trapping it in) and you can kill it with ease without it being able to hit you. It also works with bendy basically making him unable to kill you until you open the door

When you are playing Chapter 3, go into the staircase and head to level 11. You will see a hallway that contains quite a few musical instruments. Now, play the instruments in the following order:
Bass Fiddle
Drums
Violin
Piano
Drums

i dont know if anyone noticed, but when he did the comparison of both the new room with the chapter 3 trailer, you can ser that at the end of the trailer henry gets attacked, but the same place in the update, the thing in which you hide is broken, with a splash of ink as well as the words "Feel familiar?", basically giving a callback to it

I think that when you see the sammy shadow it is the old model just sitting there (possibly because the meatly didn't know what to do with it). We can see that the arms are very skinny, which was iconic to the old sammy model? His legs also look like poles which is another thing iconic to sammy!!
