As I've said, not just with television stations, but with newspaper chains-- Gannett and McClatchy are among the worst, and Gannett, in fact, has dug themselves deeper into a hole, in that there are no more Saturday print papers at many of the papers in that chain (it's Mon.-Fri. and Sunday only).

The WRTV open/theme in the very first video was also used at KERO-TV in Bakersfield, another McGraw-Hill station.
Definite common McGraw Hill vibe at WRTV in the early clips here...see the similarities graphically to KGTV in San Diego...

I think WRTV has basically become more like its Tampa sister station WFTS since 2020 sans the ABC Action News.
