That's lovely of you to say... its just par for the course. I've played restaurants hundreds of times and the role is just to create a nice mood while people relax. I quite enjoy nobody paying attention as I'm getting played to rehearse. 🙂

Your voice is reminiscent of a young Leo Sayer or even Gilbert O'Sullivan back in the day. We all had that edge to our voices back then. I think it was a lot to do with working in all that tobacco smoke. 🤔🙂

I did apprentice playing in smokey pubs for about 10 years before the ban came in 😅

@@UkesWithAlex back in my daytime of the pubs and clubs we played in were that thick with smoke it was like the London smogs of the 50s and 60s. You wouldn't necessarily have seen if they'd all got up and left 🤣
