Broccoli - 500 gr. (7 cups of broccoli florets)
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Leeks - 2 stalks
Almonds (petals) - 2 tbsp.
Water - 3 cups
Mint - 1/2 bunch
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying
🍞 For the croutons:
Bread - 3 slices
Garlic powder - 2 tsp.
Herbs de Provence - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Olive oil - 4-5 tbsp.
