Crimson Lance have shields down to the their waist and often helmets so critical hits may take a while, hit them below the waist and use caustic weapons to take down their shields if you have them.
Just a tip, next time you make a video don't turn off your HUD map so people can see where you are on the map rather than just using a landmark they may or may not see.

Best to just ignore the quest marker and look up in the sky to see where the smoke is coming from.
