- Qatar Airways' QSuite has been voted the world's best business class - but Qatar's Airbus A380 will never get QSuite. While Emirates prides itself for its Airbus A380, Qatar's CEO said in an interview that the A380 is the biggest mistake in the airline's history.

ℹ️ NB: Qatar offers their First Class only on the few A380s. However, since very recently there have been a few Cathay Pacific A350s flying for Qatar, and they offer Cathay First Class seats.
Therefore, you have a chance to fly Cathay First Class seat and enjoy Qatar service. (Cathay has still most of its fleet grounded, while Qatar still has a problem with its own A350 fleet)

Great video Chris. I would really love to see Qatar decide they are committed to a few years A380 ops and invest in a better biz class product. I doubt it somehow but we can live in hope ! Please keep up the good work my friend, always waiting patiently for your next video

I just came back 3 weeks ago from Copenhagen to Perth by Qatar a380. I was in the economy seat. I was very exhausted, then I took little rest and closed my eyes. Once I opened my eyes I was up in the air already !! It was very smooth. I can’t wait to flight with a380 again. It was a great experience and staffs were really nice!

EK B777 2-3-2 config. QR old bus class /codeshare with MH. Thinking switching to CX.
If you can switch to CX, that might be a good idea too.
I always loved Qatar but disappointed couple of times as they changed the aircraft to last minutes. I am going in October with Emirates J class for first time. Hopefully I will enjoy EK as much as I did with QR. I will let you know about my trip with EK in October 2022. Keep up a good work Chris💐👍🏾🙏🏽
Qatar's policy of aircraft change is really unpleasant. I rebooked so many flights in the past because of that. There must exist some problems in their fleet management. Well, at the moment they do have those known problems with their A350s......
Thank you for good info. I am going to switch to Emirates for next trip to Europe from Australia. I heard the inconsistency of QR changing the aircraft on the last minute which I experienced on my last trip in 2019. I am giving Emirates a go, hope I won’t be disappointed to change airlines🙏🏽🤣

I've been an Emirates Gold member for quite a few years myself and there's very interesting reports about Emirates in first and business class on this channel and also in English on my original channel TravelSingFly, including the only really comprehensive review of the Emirates Business Lounges in Dubai on all of RUclips. (no kidding)
I case you haven't booked yet: it's very very crucial to book the right plane with Emirates. It's a great experience on their Airbus A380 - and really not great experience in their B777.
You can see in zur booking prices which of the two will be used and Emirates is pretty consistent with that.

I don't quite understand... I Qatar business class you can choose anything from the menu at any time of the flight, in any order and also two, three different main courses, if you like

Absolutely. Service never fails at Qatar, as well as the very high level of catering
After more than 6 flights with theme this year let’s say they are 4stars airlines not 5stars anymore
Well, it all depends what product you're sitting in. If it's QSuite, it's clearly the best experience at the moment, only paralleled maybe by ANA business class - but that's a totally different region of the world...
If you're stuck on an A330, it's not a great seat at all - however, service and catering are still top notch
Qatar state owns so many natural gas fields they could easily buy another 50 a380 and their national airliner would not go bankrupt.

@@nobody....168 actually I find all contributions to my channel interesting. When it comes to Qatar, I think it's clear that even 500 more A380 wouldn't put a huge problem to the country for to their incredible nature-given resources..... (and yet, interestingly, they were not very happy with putting the A380 back in the air as they want to be as efficient as possible when it comes to fuel)
