You should see my current game. I have a giant defense Force guarding my borders and I'm currently making a couple penetrating units to move in. I'm trying to play this more realistically
I really love the helicopter gunships first day the really help u take out the first few nations you attack, but also be aware of anti air that's also why I upgrade radar right away with the towed artillery even tho people say they suck, I think early game they shine if you have the security counsel u can set them to engage any target they see so u can just set them on a path an they cab clear a country 6 artillery 1 radar 3 anti air they are devastating

The closest thing to it was when I attacked a long inactive player late game as chile, I had like 1k vp and a huge navy and total army force was around 200 units it was mostly a naval invasion but I used also used elite attack aircraft, armoured as well as officers
hello you should group your sams into groups to be more effective and higher defense the attack will be the same but if they get hit they do less defense damage
Also, you seem to have a lot of components so you should make some main battle tanks

I separated my samms to cover as much land as i can so the attack range can cover all the borders and defend my land troops.
The main battle tanks are a contact units but in this war i preferred to attack from distance and use my artillery.
If you play in sahara like chad tou play with main battle tanks to benefit of the +50% bonuses .
They are sooo vulnerable against aircrafts so no i don't play with them
@@MelliodasGaming you put them in groups like if you have a front between Germany and Poland I would have my sams in 2 groups or maybe 3 if you spread them out they wont overkill but they are very vulnerable to planes after they get through the sams and their army would one-shot them but when they have like 5 in a group there infantry would take a few times to kill it
@@MelliodasGaming yes they are very strong and very good in the early game and all of those weaknesses can be covered if they are vulnerable to air put sams if they have helicopters send in planes to kill if you have too many troops in one stack split the support and the main army like have the main army in the front and the support in a separate army behind it with all the support and one or 2 infantry. Also, you could pick European doctrine and get level 4 infantry and max main tank and mech infantry with the level 4 intray there to hold the city with strike fighters it is a good combo because only tanks and mech infantry can kill tanks but your mech infantry does 8 9 damage and the tanks do around 12 and 13 I don't remember well lol.
@@andyh5054 a stack of max level 5 tanks and 5 mech infantries is huuuge and strong they are perfect to push forward and penetrate defences .. thought these 2 consume a lot of components if you are a navy player you won't be able to manage all .. so you need to do a variety of troops
As a navy player i make a lot of destroyers and cruisers so on land i need to focus on units that consume ravitallements .. so samms and mobile anti airs and rocket launchers and a radar would be fatal !! A main battle stack would be finished before it even reaches me you understand ?
However i played both strategies before and believe me the artillery gameplay is faaar more better and efficient.
@@MelliodasGaming yes but you only use this strat mid-game after you got lots of land you first just get tier 4 infantry and just spam 40 ish units of those at that point you will be out of supplies then you switch to your mech and tank which should be decently upgraded then. ALSO, artillery is only good if your attacking with an army 3 times larger BUT tanks have 55 health and mech has 35so even if you have say 10 artillery my tanks will cover for the troops and will demolish your troops the second they get in range. its called getting 1000 VP so you have like endless resources lol
also uhh be careful not to use ALLL the supplies cause mech infantry uses a good portion of supplies

One time I played as Indonesia and I one v three a coalition I was wining the land war but the naval war was a different story.

If you mean air assaulting they need to have AWACS lvl 4
They can see it as a low signal
If the special ops are being transported from airport to another then they will be seen normally

use mech infatry and tanks but use european doctrine so the mech infantry would be stronger

I think the only way Belarus could have a chance is to put all their forces in one spot to try to break thru his lines.
But you know i will focus all my forces on him and my airforce will be fully deployed to stop him from advancing

Next game I play, I plan to do some trolling with my SAMs.
One single drone as a bait and all your AA will shoot. Than he can easely deal with them as they are scattered and not covered with some infantry.
I think you didn't see the first wall of infantries .. and the gunships and the rocket launchers ??
@@MelliodasGaming I suppose you are avare that strike fighters can attack an area. All units in area, they don't need to use attack order. Or they can attack just one unit if patrol circle reach that single unit.
He was not so good as you stated. He had 2 stacks of SF in day 34. That is very few actually. He could easely have between 50 and 100 SF in stacks of 5. Actually 4+1 (one air superiority). Instead he attacked you with stack of 10 infantry and shoot few missiles. Or he is low player or it was staged for the video 😉
Anyway if you have scatered AA it's an easy pray. Intead put them in stacks at least 3 and add some infantry (2 at least) and one armor (any just to soak the damage) in stack. If can add mobile AA. Than overlap their range circles. Also don't move all of AA unit near border leaving your cities undefended. Your enemy could have RoW and use some other nation airfield and ground your cities from the other side. If you are against strong air player he will also have ASF + SF and will target your cities first. He will not charge you on the ground with infantry only stacks in strait line.
About baiting with drones, I am sure you know about that but let me say anyway. A single drone would trigger your AA to shot immediately and than your enemy can charge with SF or choppers. A single AA (sam) has no chance to survive attack and cannot deal enough damage to the group. Planes can be easely healed and regrouped for another attack. AA can't and even if you build new you still need to move it to the front. Now if you stack your AA at least 2 better 3 in group (with other units as said), even if he bait them with drone they still defend with enough damage so that enemy loose few planes. One single AA can't do it alone.

P. S. I am not commenting your other strategies like using helicopters etc, that's all fine for the show 😊 and did the job. But single AA... no, no, no, never in late games, only in early stages. And never only on front lines leaving empty cities.

Second i have fighters 15 of them if you notice bit i didn't use them they were in stand by for such a senario of a bait airplane .. also you can target a stack of 3 AA and armored and infantries but you can't target 20 sol airs separated in all of the regions ! One single stack i can send on it 3 ballistics and definitely one will take it down but 3 ballistic on one sol air really ?? Also they are positioned far from province centers to be not targeted by missiles ..
And finally this game is won by the mistakes of the opponent so i saw his vulnerability and targeted it .
@@MelliodasGaming well if it was staged (as I thought) than it doesn't matter. You agreed on frontal assault and nobody would try to pick small groups or single units from a side or attack on cities.
But if you ever use you AA scattered in single stacks in real game against decent opponent you will loose. If you don't believe me, ask other players in forum what they think.
Is it better to scatter AA in single or 2-3 in stack with some other units?
Don't forget what I said, good dedicated air player can have between 50 and 100 SF and 10-20 ASF in late game stage. All upgraded. You would not defend against that with single AA stacks.

I saw a country in a game thats in war mode and i just ignore it untill i always notice that the country thats on war mode is still not in peace yet so i go on war mode with him incase if i left the game he cant attack me

Whats the best way to defend costal cities without building a Navy
Infantries in cities and rocket launchers outside the cities .. and make sure to have radars or planes patrolling

@@MelliodasGaming In the real world it would only take 1 single high altitude low yield nuclear detonation at 35+KM high and no fallout reaches the ground, as it flows to the poles, it would cause over 8 hours of electric blackout including cell towers and internet, but most important it would blind all satellites and knock out gps for months until 2022 when starlink is up then down time is within 2 days. Basically in the real world 1 single high altitude nuclear explosion would blind all rockets, missles, non fiber communications, and naval guidance and targeting systems with little to no risk of fallout to the people. It would have long term devastation to the ozone but war is messy so. But point is although this game is fun ; it still is a far cry from modern warfare against superpowers. America has outsourced our production base in reliance on our technology that can be brought to its knees with 1 explosion in low Earth orbit. We are working on fixing this but it will be 2-5 years before Starlink can bring the gps more redundancy.

Research ballistic missiles and the required warheads .. in your cities build secret weapon labs and build your warheads there .. later you will be able to launch it
The strategy of heavy stacks is better than seperate ones

You build arms industries in each city and level them up for more resources also airbases and naval bases boost the production as well ..
And also annexing a conquered city help to raise its production .. my first advice to you is to conquer lands and never stay in a defensive static state

Well i always annex cities that gives me the lacking resources .. for example when you focus on navy you will consume a lot of components so i level up my arms industries in my compos cities and annex 2 or 3 conquered compo cities.
Always try to build your naval bases and airbases in the required resources cities because they also boost your production .
And one last thing the moral of your country affects your resources so try to always finish your wars and never ever let your capital unprotected
