Im just shaking my head in shear joy and amazement at how beautiful and perfect this sounds LIVE!! this is better than any auto tuned recorded music today! What a voice!!❤❤
Aye its Graham Edwards, nice guy, jammed with him when i was as a teen at a music shop in inverness, me playing keys and he said I had a nice feel, was well pleased as a GoWest obsessed teenager!
@@eddiecousinsjr And Tony Beard on Drums. Used to see Alan Murphy and Tony Beard playing with Felix Krish and Richard Cottle in a band called SFX at the Cricketers and the Bull and Gate in London in the 80s. Brilliant musicians!
Anybody know what keyboards Richard's playing? Looks like it's probably a Yamaha DX7 on top, and perhaps some kind of Roland Jupiter on the bottom ( 6 or 8 … hard to tell )
fully live but sounds better than the record itself. hats off!
2:59 what a killer bass line 😎
Some serious musicianship here. All of the players and singers are spot on.
Totally agree with you my friend 🎶🎹🎸🎷🎤😎
It's Go West, they would be.
That bass line, w00t!
Pino. 👍

This is one of my favorite pop songs of all time. The synth is euphoric

In some particular parts of this song I really feel strong chills, that make you enjoy the best of your life...
You might like Gino Vanelli
I Love Peter's ❤ 😍 voice .
Nails the vocals like he's on the record. Still got his pipes too. About the best of his genre and era. They could all play too.
They are forever my idles❣️
You are idle too.
@chrisclarke7828 not again LOL!!!😂
What a amazing performance, Go West were so professional!!🎹🥁🎤🎸💝
Man every 80s band was incredible. Back then you needed real talent or at least the ability to write great songs. Nowadays there is NOTHING
Would be nice to have an HD audio of this ! Thanks for posting man !
1:39 WOW! never realized that that "Aww yeah!" was Peter Cox. Impressive
Didn't know Pino went on tour with the boys - wow - having Alan Murphy & Pino Paladino in your band, ya can't loose.
Carol Kenyon on BV's , i think it's Peter John Vitesse on Keyboards too
It's Graham Edwards on bass. Pino recorded the studio version.
@@JT_1 I think it's Dave West, who played on the first album and co-wrote a couple of songs... I think!

What champions..🎶🎹😎 they earned their money...🌧🤩
Very professional in every sense!! Hard working and dedication
These Englishmen are talented in music that for sure
This is an absolute gem, are there any other Go West songs recorded at this?
Eye to Eye was.
good
Sounds dam close to me
so wait that ain't lipsync?? damn he's good
Back to an era where you actually had to be able to sing and couldn't rely solely on autotune+ a skimpy skirt to become successful!
Peter cox had one hell of a voice
@@Hellrun nah there was a lot of lipsynch on the 80's but in music festivals you had to sing live. Playback was more common on tv.
