Emmet sings this medly gently at first and with such emotion.. his voice caresses and comforts.. and then he can immediately transpose to high opera with his powerful and majestic voice..Bring Him Home is exceedingly difficult requiring excellent vocal skills with strength and stamina and exquisite expression which Emmet handles well.. and then back again in the blink of an eye he goes.. rollicking off to a lively Irish tune that brings the house down! . to me this is Emmet at his best.. no wonder we love him so! Emmet has an enchanting and delightful personality so well suited to this format.. he can do it all.. and do all of it so well! His range and his vocal mastery of songs of all genres is superb.. and no one holds a long note better.. oh to hear him sing acapella.. truly divine that is! Bravo supremo Emmet! I had to learn "Bring Him Home" for choir when I was in high school, and it was very hard. Emmet did so well! All these songs are beautiful, but that one impressed me the most, since I know how hard it is.
