I make a similar chainstay protector but I cut the tube and wrap it lengthwise so no seam is visible. It only overlaps slightly on the inside of the stay. A thin coat of spray adhesive keeps it in place after hundreds of muddy rides and bike washes. One layer is more than enough protection and your chainstay doesn't look like a hockey stick. A second layer between tube and tyre for puncture resistance. 1/2 inch wide strips a foot long make good bungees to hold stuff onto racks or top tube, a thin strip tied in a loop will hold a torch onto your handlebars, or head. If your water bottle falls out on bumps, tie it on with a strip. They probably burn well if you have to light a fire in the wet.

You missed the dropper seat post cover .slot a piece of inertube over your post and tie wraps it at the top and bottom over the seals and it will concertina as your post gos up and down stopping shit getting in your seals 👊👍✌

I use 8-9, well and 1 but I bought a mudguard like that with 2 evil eyes haha. If you take your time and pull it tight with even spacing 8 looks pretty nice. For the down pipe protection I use a old tire cut down full length of the down pipe, looks sick.
I cut a piece around 3-4inches then cut down the middle fit around my rigth side of my fork n tie with 2 zip ties then cut a 2nd piece about 2 inches longer than the first then fit the second piece around the first (do not cut sencond piece down the middle) then with a zip tie go rigth below the first piece but around the 2nd piece ..now you have a pocket around your fork ,the first piece protects the fork n the second keeps your items safe inside .i use this to keep patches, allen wrench, key to my wheels , chain master link and extra zip ties snd sometimes even small co2 pump .. then i use a zip tie to tie at top make sure its tigth but still wiggle room to pull the tube out when need access

For punctures i just use several pieces of duck tape ,travelers taught me that one :)
