Try not to add milk in it , reason if u will make cookies without a drop of milk so it will be incredibly crunchy texture, tip 1 ( add hardly 2 ,3 tbsp of milk this much is enough and make a crumbly texture dough). it's totally normal and it will make your cookies crunchy and delicious Tip 2 ( try not to touch cookies after baked properly atleast for 1 hour . Bcoz cookies are Lil soft when it is too hot , Hope this will help you 🙂
