It seems that you don’t have problems with your Arms? I have problems with my arms and hands 🙌 it’s very difficult.

Mostly not yet I have lost strength in my arms, my biceps have athropied other small muscles as well as my hands. If I try to lift, things are too heavy, my deltoids will get very spastic, and I can’t lift my arms when that happens.. my onset was left lower leg Both legs are weak and my balance. Like I said, we all progresse differently and have a different way ALS attacks our motor neurons but we all end up the same way sadly. I really hope the study with COYA and others get medicine into bodies. The FDA needs to streamline these treatments like they do for cancer and not make it so hard to get out of the review boards.

Robert I just thought of this to let you know please talk to your speech, therapist and contact team Gleason to record your voice. as our diaphragms get weaker and the vocal cords get weak our voices are lost. Getting the virtual voices really important team Gleason will want the contact information of your speech therapist and they are so helpful. It’s really easy.

Been enjoying your journey, if that’s the right word. You’re looking great which is a better indicator than any test I feel.
Just wondering if you’ve ever been tested for coeliac disease? Just because you mentioned not eating bread and having osteopenia which is a common side effect of coeliac disease. I have it myself

I’m not person with celiac disease, but I have IBS and I have to follow a low FOMAP foods for my gut. I tried to reduce the inflammation in my body, because alas, has an inflammatory aspect to it as well.

I love to watch your videos and I am very happy you are doing quite well. May I have a question? What personality type are you based on 16 persnalities test ? You might be INFJ the same as I am. As about food: eggs are really simple and very healthy, same with avokados.

Awe thanks. I love avocados. I tried to add eggs and I just never ate them as a child because of allergy and I’ve grown out of it but it’s harder to add something to your diet. I never grew up eating eggs. I do like hard-boiled eggs lol. in the Meyer Briggs testing I’m actually an ENFJ

Wow! Thats why I felt immediately the connection': "Who is INFJ most compatible with? The INFJ is most compatible with both the ENFJ and the ENTP. These two personality types can use their extroversion to bring out the best-hidden qualities of the INFJ. They will become more confident and try new activities to push beyond their comfort zone." Have a nice Sunday :-)
