Looks like a beautiful town. I'm moving to Fate Texas in two months with my dog and I'm looking foward to it! A great state with values that I relate to. Would be cool to drive around this neighborhood. I'm a Californian, but for me personally, I'll take what I can get. Sucks that my fellow transplants are so picky with how they want their house done.
I am planning for a long time to move from Chicago, IL to Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex especially now that i am married and have small children, Parker looks like the place i imagined as ideal.
TIP: please stop swinging the camera around like a mad man! Lol. Hold it in front of you and slowly pan the camera to show the house. We nearly got seasick watching this one. Great work! Just work on those camera pans.

Collin county is a much better area to live it’s so much safer than Dallas. Schools in Collin county are better.
