@@KickingitoldschoolbabyLmao and then the government and zoning guys come knocking about safety and regulations and tear it down. Do you really think we are still living in the frontier era?
Here's a quick primer on what's wrong and what to do about it. ALL fiat currency is debt, that's the only way the Central Banks make it, whether through government bondage note, or private bank loans. Bankers have developed four practices that are unsustainable and catastrophic. If we dont understand the causes of a problem we will address the symptoms or actors, not the causes. 1st. Large private and Central banks have obtained the Exclusive franchise to create ALL new Currency as Debt, at interest. An increasing population needs an increase in currency, but it is ALL created as a debt to the Central Bank, bearing interest. This indebts the whole world, every person, every government, in totally unpayable debts, ( because where can the interest come from) enslaving us all to bankers through personal debt or ever increasing oppressive and unjust taxation, permits, licences, registrations, regulations, rates, duties, fees, fines, levies, surcharges, adinfinitum, of which an increasing volume goes straight to the debt creators, who created it for free. (At zero cost to themselves.) 2nd. Because of the first fault, (wherein a Central bank has the Exclusive franchise to create ALL new money,) and they attach interest to it, (which they do not create) they must continually create more currency to pay the interest on the last round of debts and to resupply liquidity as debt repayments suck the last round of currency they created out of the national economy. The volumes of the booms and busts of 'credit cycles' are totally unnatural and the economy should follow population growth. Inflation, (or rather, devaluation through deliberate currency oversupply,) is destructive to all but the rich. There is virtually no limitation on fiat currency creation. Because successive governments have abrogated the peoples right to create their own Sound debt free money, the state also sponsors inflation by borrowing and spending, 'stimulus ' in the vain hope that they can 'create wealth through debt,' and inflate away past and present debts with NEW DEBT ! 🤪🤪🤪 This robs the people under their very noses. Adding to this is fractional reserve banking wherein private banks effectively create massive new Currency volumes, (but its only temporary because it's all debt) blowing bubbles (in housing/CRE/stocks) which devalues everyone's savings, work, 401k & pension, by raising all prices. (Which don't return to their former level when inflation reduces, the rate of increase simply slows down momentarily. ) We call price increases inflation, but it's really devaluation of your savings, time, work and while corporations do add to inflation of prices, they generally are Not the primary drivers of inflation. Attacking corporations is becoming side tracked. Shrinkflation further adds to our reduction and desolation as companies attemptto make the same or more profits than last year. (Did you know the only time our society gets some real new Currency ? It's when someone goes bankrupt and can't repay the banks what they borrowed. ) The fix ? The first step is to end Central Banks and return to Sound Metalic Money. This will slow the rate of currency creation and make it much more difficult to devalue our wages and savings by currency 'printing.' The 2nd step would be to legislate that banks publish their reserve ratio. So if they have $100 million on their books in deposits, and $50 million in loans, that's a 50% reserve ratio. We could legislate a reserve ratio, and by openly publishing this people can choose the risk level they are willing to take. Along with this we need to legislate an industry to home loan ratio. This will change banking and we need to change banking, because it is destructive. The banks wont be able to make as much, and that's a good thing. We need to make money anything the people want, but legal tender must meet Metalic standards under the office of weights and measures, and national and state treasury departments and mints could produce and release real intrinsic value Money. This will not create inflation like some bankers and their economists would have you think. It is not who creates currency that drives the Constant devaluation of your work & money, it is THE VOLUME per population/ productivity. The banks increased the base currency supply by over 65 % since March 2020 & 300% since 2008. This has been greatly multiplied as deposits were rolled back into real estate loans creating bubbles, which further lever up equity to back more loans. You can't spend it off planet, and we've had no increase in population or productivity. How can it not devalue our savings, wages and retirement funds by a similar % as it enters the economy ? 3rd problem. Fiat currency whether paper OR DIGITAL has no intrinsic value, thus it cannot be used as a long term store of value, particularly in an ever expanding fiat system. Taxation and the 'legal' currency label attached to fiat creates artificial demand for fiat currency. This is the 'Force' component of Fiat currency, wherein you are forced at the point of a gun to accept worthless paper or electrons for your daily work. Metalic Money is the currency of a free sovereign people. Fiat at Debt is the currency of slaves. The fix ? Return to Silver, Gold, Copper & Nickle currency, designated by weight, not cents/dollars. These will find their own local value. These can't be printed to oblivion, have intrinsic value, and are a safeguard against bankers counterfeiting. Continue to keep the manufacture of Gold & Silver rounds by private mints & foundries to help keep government mints honest. Do not allow bankers and economists of the current system to con you into believing there isn't enough Metalic Money. You float its value, mint it by grams and ounces and you have a Gold and Silver backed currency. Same with Copper & Nickle. Mint 10th ounce, 2 10ths, 5 10ths and 1 ounce and grams in 1 grams, 2 grams, 5 & 10 grams. Never give it a 'value number,' which is a lie. Give it its weight & purity, and let the market decide what it will buy. Call it 'slow money," like 'slow food.' It's slower for sure, but it's 10 times better for you. If you think there's not enough metal, live more like the Amish and there will be plenty. We are a totally wasteful people and that can't go on forever. Everything we manufacture should be recycled at end of life. No more landfill. Probably necessary to nationalise mines & pay shareholders out in metals. We are aiming at a more just, more perfect union, and that requires we treat shareholders justly and make them whole while preserving a mining and exploration industry. So gently, thoughtfully, carefully on this one. 4th. The 'World Bank' and IMF are your friendly international arms of the Federal Reserve, who loan worthless US currency invented at zero cost to enslaved nations of people to purchase necessities, when their own commodities or worthless currency would do just as well. This ensures the indebtedness of nation's simply to survive. I suggest a goods and commodities exchange between countries, with a quarterly settlement of shortfalls with Gold or Oil/Gas. And oil and gas are not the monsters they are made of to be, and may well prove to be the greenest energy sources other than hydro. Studies suggest making an electric car requires the moving of 500,000 tonnes of rock/soil, (which is only possible with diesel and oil) so the real energy footprint of a battery that has a 200,000 km life could easily prove to be twice that of a clean running low emission gasoline vehicle. This research is now being done. Correct these 4 Principles and >80 % of a nation's problems would disappear. Do not allow your masters the Debt slave creator's to tell you it can't be done. They are not seeking your best interests, but theirs. It is easily done. Beware. The FED, IMF, WEF wants you totally enslaved with Digital currency. Convert your garbage fiat currency into Gold and Silver while you still can, or prepare for destruction. Come to think of it, you better prepare for destruction anyway, because humans are animals and always learn the hard way. The bankers motto is : 'Preserve your Capital at all costs.' The bankers are buying Gold. We the people can afford Silver. Good luck.
No one owns anything we get marketable title only. So why buy. Reclaim your dispositions of securities then give it all back plus all the labour you did to upkeep. Now the owner sees you are not greedy and he let us use his stuff like a good parent should. I know this will go right over your heads.

The thing is, you can see none of them care, him speaking out won’t do anything. At best, it exposes that they don’t care. And if many people notice this, the politicians will pretend to care, they’ll throw you a little bone, make a small little change to make the average person feel appeased. The answer is revolution. Not in one country. On a global scale. Until that happens, we will all be nothing but little cogs in their personal grand, wealth-generating machine.

I don’t care if he’s left or right. He’s correct. Edit: my comment was regarding the ridiculous housing/rent prices, not necessarily massive governmental intervention. Anyone with legitimate solutions, Im all ears.
No, he's wrong. The idea that social programs to subsidize housing makes it more affordable is dumb. If everyone qualifies for the subsity, home owners will bake the subsity into their prices and raise the price by whatever the subsity is. Not out of greed, but because if everyone starts offering you 100k over your asking price, it would be stupid to decline them. Tbh I'm a little sympathetic to politicians who have to appease voters like this who have absolutely no idea what's going on. Politicians have to pass stupid policies because their base comes on stage with this policy suggestions like this, posts their rants online , and everyone claps along.
Probably because they have multiple properties and 200k plus salaries and when they retire they still get paid ridiculous amounts of money thanks to the people.
wrong, the idea is to put pressure on them on, not ignore politics cause it disgusts you. the idea that they do whatever the fuck they want anyway only applies if citizens don't give a damn too. If they don't protest, if they don't write stuff to them, if they don't go on strikes and block the country, if they don't show solidarity to whatever faction of work (when on strike or smt) in that country then, and only then there is no point talking to these politicians. democracy doesnt work with: i go vote then for 4 years i dont give crap about what that dude i elected does. just look at eastern europe countries, poverty+i dont give a damn+i only care for my significant other.
Tbf there is nothing politicians can do about this... it is just supply and demand, turbocharged by the amount of leverage our financial system can provide

Why have we the people not taken back our power and removed all these corrupt criminals? If they are no longer serving US, the ones who pay them, they are no longer fit for purpose! Why are we tolerating this!?
Most politicians are snakes that just want to make sure their specific donors/contributors are happy. An honest politician doesn't last long in government. They get forced out by smear campaigns and lobbying. If they don't make the billionaires/corps happy, they won't last. This has been the case since the age of kingdoms and lords of the land. This is the human cycle. It is always a case of the wealthy and their ruthlessness against the poor/"undesirable". The root of the problem is human greed. Once we humans can get past the internal need to have more of something than someone else, and the need to control others by limiting their resources, we shall continue the cycle.

Subsidize the prices. A bit of a govt backed deflation is needed in the housing market. . Instead of pouring billions of tax money on war, let's for once concentrate on more important things. The govt should start constructing efficient low cost housing on the outskirts and work on better connectivity to the job areas. @@sukhmaidickoff The govt should also spend money on buying private land/property and making low cost housing on that and letting the low-middle income group to buy them at subsidized prices. Well, ironically the one thing we all hate - taxes, can actually solve this. If an individual owns more than two properties(we need to let the wealthy have nice things, right?), you double the property tax for each additional property while making the tax in a descending order per property value so you don't cheat the system by buying junk properties. If a single one of those properties(aside from the first two since the wealthy need to have nice things) does not have a permanent resident living in them, you pay x4 the tax for ALL of your properties. There's still a lot of place to wiggle about in contracts to generate more money if you're the landlord but it gives SIGNIFICANTLY more power to the person who's renting. Alternative is government funded loans for family households(think of Singapore) with severe restrictions on what you can and can't do. This effectively kills landlord business as a whole so I doubt it can happen in a western democratic country but there can be no question that it's better for individuals and families.

Until people get upset enough to turn their attention directly to the individual politicians and the people who run the rent rackets, nothing will change.
It's not even rent rackets, I charge 900 for mine because no one can afford it those that do either lie or struggle like hell to afford it. It should be £1k-£1300 in my area that I should be charging but I don't see how I can afford that let alone someone living life. I earn £2100 per month by working. I pay £500 a year for a landlord licence. £8500 once every 10 years because the boiler breaks down in every property 10k every 13 years for each roof. £700ish in accountancy fees and £3k in corporation tax every year. £700 in house insurance per year. And any problem which happens I either have to solve it in my spare time or pay for it. Tenent doesn't want to pay it's 3 months before they are due to leave by courts. I accept garrentors so that's saved me in the past but it takes about 1k+ the months of lost rent to repair a place + £175 per month council tax for every home I have vaccant or in disrepair which is criminal I cannot even let my homes pitter out to be empty. If my family dies I'd have 6 bloody flats and two houses and if I want to sell them I'd have to live in each for what 2-3 years just to not pay capital gains. If I die and I somehow have kids they'd have to pay the Earth in inheritence tax just to inherit. Yet should I get dementia and go into a home, I am on microwave meals for the rest of my life doing literally nothing and a £175k house is swollowed by the care company per year until I run out of money, then where are my human rights? I was a care worker so I've seen this exact situation first hand. Every stage of this, every bill of this I am taxed and it goes to the government. Bloody effort I tell you yet I've been penniless for about 5+ years during that damn recession. I'm well aware of finantial troubles all it needs is 3 tenents to be in fibantial trouble at the same time and then I'm paying rather than earning. I can never really be with a woman because I don't trust they'll stay nor do I want to pay for a child I'll barely see... That's probably the real secret to how I retained money all these years. That and I gave up drinking and drugs which used to cost me £600 every month. Use that money to start you off in life, every other person is killing themselves with their vice, you lick depression without one and you'll have more options and be far more reinforced to tackle the world than anyone else. Those politicians look like they couldn’t care less
That's the way its edited.
They’re in their ivory tower and don’t care, regardless of editing.
Here's a quick primer on what's wrong and what to do about it.
ALL fiat currency is debt, that's the only way the Central Banks make it, whether through government bondage note, or private bank loans.
Bankers have developed four practices that
are unsustainable and catastrophic.
(At zero cost to themselves.)
2nd.
(Which don't return to their former level when inflation reduces, the rate of increase simply slows down momentarily. )
We call price increases inflation, but it's really devaluation of your savings, time, work and while corporations do add to inflation of prices, they generally are Not the primary drivers of inflation. Attacking corporations is becoming side tracked.
Shrinkflation further adds to our reduction and desolation as companies attemptto make the same or more profits than last year.
(Did you know the only time our society gets some real new Currency ? It's when someone goes bankrupt and can't repay the banks what they borrowed. )
The fix ? The first step is to end Central Banks and return to Sound Metalic Money.
This will slow the rate of currency creation and make it much more difficult to devalue our wages and savings by currency 'printing.'
The 2nd step would be to legislate that banks publish their reserve ratio.

They get upset alright, and turning their attention directly to the conveniently imported scapego- uhh I mean refugee neighbors
@@Dicka899People by and large don't scapegoat with that level of idiocy.
I dare say you could be smarter than me, use it to make wizer decisions.

Every politician’s a landlord so they don’t care. They all benefit from an economically marginalised population & astronomical house prices.

I agree with this man wholeheartedly. We have the same problem over here in Australia with obscene prices for rent & purchasing property. First it hit capital cities, then spread to country areas where the average wage is much lower. Obscene is the perfect word.
I live in rural Australia. There is currently one rental available in my town and it's a long stay motel room. I'm currently living in a cabin in a caravan park until something comes up. Our prices have gone up dramatically too. When I first moved here in 2010 we rented a 5 bed two living room spa in the backyard house for 215 a week.
