Well, I went to Taiwan and saw 2 incidents. 1. A foreigner was lining up at 7 eleven to get "Americano". The shopkeeper got really panicked and asked for the manager. This is at Simen Ding. 2. A foreigner was requesting to swap his chips to onion rings. He said "Could I get onion rings instead of the fries" Cashier replied "this is fries" Foriegner repeated himself and left in frustration. Singaporeans definitely have better command of English.
