I’ve had almost this same astrological set up that you came up with in my mind’s eye the past few months. I’ve been contemplating it non stop. Except the set up of the zodiacal signs in my version is counter clockwise, and I was putting it within a heptagon/hexagram/ and in a way inside the Tree of Life glyph of Kabbalah instead of a circle and triangle. Basically my evolution has gone from being born into a Christian cult (jehovah’s witness), to agnostic, then on the verge of atheism/nihilism (which was a very sucky time period because it caused me great depression/hopelessness), to spiritual awakenings, then these past 2-3 years heavy contemplation upon Kabbalah, ancient Greek mysteries, etc etc. All ancient mysteries can basically be tied all together. I always find myself ultimately using the Tree of Life diagram as my base. Thanks for this beautifully made video brother!

@@prometheus8928 They obviously got their information from the Sefer Yetsirah from the Kabbalah that is based on the Torah. So the Golden Dawn society did not produce or preserve that information from their own secret archives. They simply took it out of the Sefer Yetsirah which was already available to the public and used by multiple different groups who base their esotericism on the Jewish Kabbalah.

Everywhere else I’ve seen it water is associated with the feminine principle, like flow and adaptability and emotion, it is a passive element. Not saying you’re wrong here just curious. This also have 3 of four elements associated to the masculine principle, and typically what I’ve seen is water and air for feminine and fire and earth for masculine.

Holy-Work, Power, and Love are not inherently Masculine. etc. When the Tree of Life concept is presented, the colors that denote Masculine or Feminine are removed, and the entire diagram represents the Tree of Life in its own color scheme. so it now takes on new meaning. The Nasarean Bible say that "the Branches and Roots of the Tree are the Attributes of Elohim (which is Mother & Father)" and it says "Their Image is manifest in their Attributes". This means all 14 forces of the tree of life are shared attributes of both the mother and the father, not one or the other. I can’t find where to DM you, but I’m writing a fiction that has a magic system based on this (tho before I saw this video) about “strength” based culture that worships a pantheon but has eliminated the feminine counterparts and only worships the masculine deities, as a commentary about how these are just aspects of the creator and without both we fall out of balance. And I’ve been designing a magic system around that based on 6 masculine and 6 feminine deities, and experiences for the main character which teach the balance of them. as a Consonant, Aleph has a Glottal Stop as a sound, which is like a silent "T" when British people say Bri-ish. The Diacritic Vowels represent the sound that comes After the consonant. i wouldnt say that Aleph has two pronunciations, but the Letter Shin does, it can be SSSS or SHHHH. i dont think it was originally that way. in modern times the two sounds are lost in Resh, Gimel, and Dalet. 🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀

I would have thought that the 7 doubles would have been arranged with Tav positioned furthest from Aleph. Tav tends to symbolize: something that is marked the foot (the part that's sticking out in the lower left) truth, as that which is the final result of something and death. Overall, it plays a similar role to the letter "X" in English I would have also thought that those letters with larger gematria values would be positioned further down in the triangle, the part that is more numerous. And having Aleph and Tav at opposite ends would emphasize the idea that that which is between them spans the entirety of reality (from Alpha/Aleph to Omega/Tav). Furthermore, having Bet positioned near Aleph seems to make sense. Bet is the first letter of the Torah, after all. In a sense, it's even more of a "head" than the Resh that follows it. Also, if you arrange the doubles with Bet at the top and Tav at the bottom, just pictographically, it seems to look more like a person. ב ,Bet forms the head, ג ,Gimel the neck, ד , Dalet the chest (horizonal line) and an arm (downward line), כ , Kaf the belly, פ , Peh the...pelvic cavity, I guess (not sure about this one), ר , Resh the pelvic floor (horizonal line) and leg (downward line), ת , Tav the foot. Though the arrangement that you had also looks like a person, so maybe it works both ways (as above so below, etc. etc.) Admittedly on a first pass, Resh (head) and Peh (mouth) seem to fit better near the top in terms of their meaning. I'm not sure what to make of them being near the bottom. One could try to reinterpret what exactly is meant by "head" and "mouth", but that doesn't really seem to fit with the standard meanings of the letters. But the symbolism of Tav and Bet seems to be on firmer grounding than Resh and Peh, as far as I can tell, so I would have tried to use Tav on bottom and Bet on top as the basis for the doubles arrangement. Oh, and as a side note, I don't know how I never noticed that Aleph is a spiral. Thank you for that insight.
Bet means House. it looks like a Roof and Foundation. Foundations go on the Bottom. In the Aleph-Bet, the letters already show Bet next to Aleph, and Tav farthest away. No need to reproduce that again. Aleph spirals down from above, the first to come out settles at the bottom, and everything else lands on top of what came before it, so that it Ends where it Began (from above). The Nasarean Bible says, Bet is the First Heaven, etc. i kept the order that is written.
I'm a bit confused as to why you are hesitant to reproduce the Aleph-Bet adjacency and Aleph-Tav separation while you otherwise seem so keen to reproduce the letter ordering and letter mappings. But anyway. One could make the argument that Foundations are the first thing that is build, and that the order of descent is the order of instantiation. Hence why the Foundation could be positioned as the "highest"; it is that which comes first in the mind of G-d, loosely speaking. But as I said, as above so below, etc. etc. I wouldn't be too surprized if there was a duality between how the letters are arranged in Heaven (e.g. the plan for what to do first, as closest to the overall aim, what to do second, etc.) and how they are arranged on Earth (e.g. the first thing build ends up at the bottom, the second on top of that, etc.). Actually, now that I think about it in those terms, the alignment of the arrangement with their order of emanation from Aleph (the Alpha-Betical arrangement) in a sense defines the notion of Heaven, as that which is aligned with and transparent to G-d's will. By contrast, the arrangement which is anti-aligned with the direction of heavenly emanation is the arrangement seen on Earth (the Al-Ternate arrangement, if you will). Heck, there's even an indicator for which version of the letter one is speaking of: the dagesh. Those with the dagesh could be seen as the Earthly versions, and those without could be seen as the Heavenly versions. One could even argue that that is why they are "double" letters", because there is one version in Heaven, and a reflection on Earth. I wonder if there's a similar association that could be made for the Hebrew letters that have a different form when they are at the end of a word...

@@lionjedi I know, that's my point 😄 Also, I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the size that you made the double letter axis seems to be exactly half of the height of the entire triangle. The axis about which it would be reflected is made by the two points where the inner circle touches the triangle, dividing the Aleph section from the Mem and Shin sections. (almost like the structure is trying to tell you something...) Though when the entire axis is made explicit, it sort of runs into the Aleph, so I can understand why it should be depicted with only one copy of the axis, even while the double aspect is implicit in the structure.
i did not try to change what the scripture said. Nun is defined as Fish, & looks like a fish. Vav, Quf, & Zayin share very similar forms and all 3 represent the astrological Fire Signs. Quf is the expanded form of Vav, just as Samekh is the expanded form of Yod, as expressed in the "Family Lines"

You really might enjoy the Essene explanation of why the Feminine was supressed by the Israelites. That is one of the reasons why Essenes reject Israelite Judaism. (and it has nothing to do with Eve being too sexual) (if god said "Be Fruitful and Multiply, then why would he get mad at them for having sex? that is so stupid) Our scripture says that it was Lucifer the Serpent who said "Eve is an apple from the wrong Tree", because her "feminine intuition" guided her to disobey the Serpent. But Lucifer basically gas-lighted her and made it all her fault 😆 and now the Torah Bible takes the side of the Serpent by making Eve the bad one. the Holy Megillah says that each of the Signs are portals in the sky through which souls incarnate, the constellations do not actually affect those portals, they are only reference points. So each sign has a type of energy, i dont know much about it, but i believe i can learn more about what those energies are by studying the Hebrew Letters that represent them.

The Proto-Sinaitic Script came before the Phoenician Script. Technically this one would be called the Aramaic Script, but all of them are the Hebrew Alphabet. I understand the concern. i dont think it is meant to teach the primary and secondary colors. The Trinity Colors represent the Primordial Elementals: Air Water Fire. The colors for the Tree of Life are based primarily on the Energy Center that is correlated with each Branch and Root. it may not appear to make sense as a color scheme, but what is important is the teaching behind the connections: Ex. The Heart pumps Blood which is Water, and The Heart is where you experience Love. many spiritual teachings can be derived from that connection.

I’ve had almost this same astrological set up that you came up with in my mind’s eye the past few months. I’ve been contemplating it non stop. Except the set up of the zodiacal signs in my version is counter clockwise, and I was putting it within a heptagon/hexagram/ and in a way inside the Tree of Life glyph of Kabbalah instead of a circle and triangle.
Basically my evolution has gone from being born into a Christian cult (jehovah’s witness), to agnostic, then on the verge of atheism/nihilism (which was a very sucky time period because it caused me great depression/hopelessness), to spiritual awakenings, then these past 2-3 years heavy contemplation upon Kabbalah, ancient Greek mysteries, etc etc. All ancient mysteries can basically be tied all together. I always find myself ultimately using the Tree of Life diagram as my base.

So the Golden Dawn society did not produce or preserve that information from their own secret archives. They simply took it out of the Sefer Yetsirah which was already available to the public and used by multiple different groups who base their esotericism on the Jewish Kabbalah.

Everywhere else I’ve seen it water is associated with the feminine principle, like flow and adaptability and emotion, it is a passive element. Not saying you’re wrong here just curious. This also have 3 of four elements associated to the masculine principle, and typically what I’ve seen is water and air for feminine and fire and earth for masculine.

as a Consonant, Aleph has a Glottal Stop as a sound, which is like a silent "T" when British people say Bri-ish. The Diacritic Vowels represent the sound that comes After the consonant. i wouldnt say that Aleph has two pronunciations, but the Letter Shin does, it can be SSSS or SHHHH. i dont think it was originally that way. in modern times the two sounds are lost in Resh, Gimel, and Dalet. 🤷♀🤷♀🤷♀

I would have thought that the 7 doubles would have been arranged with Tav positioned furthest from Aleph.
Tav tends to symbolize:
something that is marked
the foot (the part that's sticking out in the lower left)
truth, as that which is the final result of something
and death.
Overall, it plays a similar role to the letter "X" in English
I would have also thought that those letters with larger gematria values would be positioned further down in the triangle, the part that is more numerous. And having Aleph and Tav at opposite ends would emphasize the idea that that which is between them spans the entirety of reality (from Alpha/Aleph to Omega/Tav).
Furthermore, having Bet positioned near Aleph seems to make sense. Bet is the first letter of the Torah, after all. In a sense, it's even more of a "head" than the Resh that follows it.
Also, if you arrange the doubles with Bet at the top and Tav at the bottom, just pictographically, it seems to look more like a person.

Admittedly on a first pass, Resh (head) and Peh (mouth) seem to fit better near the top in terms of their meaning. I'm not sure what to make of them being near the bottom. One could try to reinterpret what exactly is meant by "head" and "mouth", but that doesn't really seem to fit with the standard meanings of the letters. But the symbolism of Tav and Bet seems to be on firmer grounding than Resh and Peh, as far as I can tell, so I would have tried to use Tav on bottom and Bet on top as the basis for the doubles arrangement.
Oh, and as a side note, I don't know how I never noticed that Aleph is a spiral. Thank you for that insight.
Bet means House. it looks like a Roof and Foundation. Foundations go on the Bottom.
In the Aleph-Bet, the letters already show Bet next to Aleph, and Tav farthest away. No need to reproduce that again.

I'm a bit confused as to why you are hesitant to reproduce the Aleph-Bet adjacency and Aleph-Tav separation while you otherwise seem so keen to reproduce the letter ordering and letter mappings. But anyway.
One could make the argument that Foundations are the first thing that is build, and that the order of descent is the order of instantiation. Hence why the Foundation could be positioned as the "highest"; it is that which comes first in the mind of G-d, loosely speaking.
But as I said, as above so below, etc. etc. I wouldn't be too surprized if there was a duality between how the letters are arranged in Heaven (e.g. the plan for what to do first, as closest to the overall aim, what to do second, etc.) and how they are arranged on Earth (e.g. the first thing build ends up at the bottom, the second on top of that, etc.).
Actually, now that I think about it in those terms, the alignment of the arrangement with their order of emanation from Aleph (the Alpha-Betical arrangement) in a sense defines the notion of Heaven, as that which is aligned with and transparent to G-d's will. By contrast, the arrangement which is anti-aligned with the direction of heavenly emanation is the arrangement seen on Earth (the Al-Ternate arrangement, if you will).
Heck, there's even an indicator for which version of the letter one is speaking of: the dagesh. Those with the dagesh could be seen as the Earthly versions, and those without could be seen as the Heavenly versions.
One could even argue that that is why they are "double" letters", because there is one version in Heaven, and a reflection on Earth.
I wonder if there's a similar association that could be made for the Hebrew letters that have a different form when they are at the end of a word...

Also, I'm not sure if it was intentional, but the size that you made the double letter axis seems to be exactly half of the height of the entire triangle. The axis about which it would be reflected is made by the two points where the inner circle touches the triangle, dividing the Aleph section from the Mem and Shin sections.

Though when the entire axis is made explicit, it sort of runs into the Aleph, so I can understand why it should be depicted with only one copy of the axis, even while the double aspect is implicit in the structure.

The Proto-Sinaitic Script came before the Phoenician Script. Technically this one would be called the Aramaic Script, but all of them are the Hebrew Alphabet.

i dont think it is meant to teach the primary and secondary colors. The Trinity Colors represent the Primordial Elementals: Air Water Fire. The colors for the Tree of Life are based primarily on the Energy Center that is correlated with each Branch and Root. it may not appear to make sense as a color scheme, but what is important is the teaching behind the connections: Ex. The Heart pumps Blood which is Water, and The Heart is where you experience Love. many spiritual teachings can be derived from that connection.

Epiphanius was the only one to differentiate them in the Panarion when he describes the NASARAEAN and OSSAEAN sects. Philo of Alexandria described them very well but he called them the THERAPUTAE. Josephus and Pliny describe them as ESSENES, but they were unaware there were two groups of Essenes and one of them was not Nasarean. The other non-Nasarean group was also described in the Panarion as ESSENES, but we are not connected to them. You can differentiate the different groups described by Josephus and Pliny by comparing the beliefs and practices found in the Panarion. My reasoning looks like this: Yod first existed in Aleph, Yod is passed from Aleph to Shin, from Shin to Tzaddi, and Tzaddi places Yod in the empty space within Samekh, Samekh gives birth to Yod (Samekh is an expanded version of Yod, Mother and Child) it is easier to see visually than it is to explain, but if you look at the configuration you'll see it. This same pathway can be traced with Eyin, Tzaddi, Tet and Samekh, to produce Nun, Yod, Lamed, and Zayin. i plan to explain in part 2.
