Those are so pretty, i have a lot of fabric, and fat quarters (quilter/sewer/crafter), cant wait to try this. Thank You for sharing your time, and your talent with all of us.
Thank you Sabrina. . It’s a great inexpensive and useful gift for anyone or yourself. I still have those hangers in my closet. I appreciate you watching. ❤
+Mimi's Mixed Bag Thank you so very much for sharing this very easy to follow, super cute, practical DIY that I can't wait to get started on. After I finish making one very similar to the ones you have posted here on your video; I think my next attempt is going to be covering & decorating a hanger that I can use as a paper towel holder. I saw one like that somewhere on the internet recently where they hung it up on the wall and/or on the inside of their kitchen cabinet door simply by using a small Command hook to hold it securely in place. Thank you again for posting this fantastic DIY that's not only just pretty to look @ but it's also very useful in addition to it being extremely affordable, simple, quick, & easy to do. Happy Holidays ~ Be Blessed !!!!! New sub 😁🙋👍
KRIS2323 Wow Kris what an awesome idea! I’m going to take the paper towel holder idea and make one for our camper. I’m so glad you found this video. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
I’m sorry Tracey. That video is from six years ago and I have a come a long way with filming and editing. I still have those hangers in my closet. I appreciate you trying to watch.
Thank you, Susan. I made these many years ago and they have held up great. It’s such a useful gift too. They sure are prettier to look at for yourself too. I appreciate you watching. Mimi
I’m so glad you found this tutorial Hannah. I had a friend make some as gifts too. A great little homemade gift that everybody needs. 😄👍 I appreciate you watching .
@@dda1943 it definitely depends on your fabric, but the minimize fraying you can always cut your strips using pinking shears. Another way is using lighter on the loose fibers. I hope that helps. I’m still using the same same hangers after all these years. I appreciate you watching .
I’m sorry Sheryl you had difficulty seeing. I posted that project over five years ago and my recording skills have gotten a little better since then. Haha! Nonetheless, it’s pretty easy to wrap a hanger with a 1 inch strip of fabric and hot glue the ends in place. Thank you for stopping by.
I really enjoyed your video. Nice little gifts for any occasion. It was a bit difficult to view the ending of your video. You moved too much to the top of your "screen" if you will and your final step was cut off.
I’m sorry Lee that was probably one of my first few videos from 8 yrs ago. Since then I’ve learned to edit and improve a bit better. 😄. I still use the ones I made. I’ll rewatch the video. These hangers are such a great inexpensive gift , I may need to redo and share this project again. Thanks for watching 🥰

What a darling idea! Thank you for the inspiration. Would make a sweet touch in a Mother's Day gift basket for sure.
For the Love of Organizing You are very welcome. Yes, it would be a great basket filler. oxoxo
These are so lovely! I think I'll make some!
Gentle Thrifty Mama great!! Thanks so much for watching.
Thank you! So pretty, I will be making these.
Thank you Renee. it’s a great little expensive gift. Thanks for watching 😄

I have the worst time keeping the shoulders of my shirts on the hanger and those velvet hangers get expensive! I'm going to give this a try! TFS!
Debbye Hicks Drives me nuts too. This is certainly a cheaper alternative. oxoxo
Wow I
Love it
Thank you Regina I covered those hangers seven years ago . I love them , and still use them in my closet. Thanks for watching.. 😄👍
Finished product looks great - too bad the tricky, most useful parts of the tutorial are off camera view!

How do u stop the material from fraying? Mine came out bad

You need to show the viewer what you are doing....can't see

@@MimisMixedBag Thank you for responding so quickly 🙂 . Can I replace the plastic with wire hangers?
@@leehuddy6061 The difference I would think is the plastic ones are thicker and would show the fabric design better. Any hanger would work. 😄👍
