Hamza I’d like to thank you for all the videos you make to help us improve every single day. Yesterday was a really mixed of emotions for me my girlfriend as I took her to the hospital because she was having extreme abdominal pain and the doctors kept telling us that she had a miscarriage but we didn’t know she was pregnant. There’s still lab results that need come back but hearing those words from a doctor made us both break down and shed some tears. I hate showing emotion in front of my girlfriend and especially in front of people I don’t know. I kept biting but cheek until it started bleeding but as soon as my girlfriend told me it’s okay to cry I broke down because I just had a thought of losing my own child. I was depressed the whole day but as soon as I seen you upload you always motivate me to do the hard work especially when I don’t feel like it so after I watched your video I went straight to the gym and worked out and I feel so much better right now and all I want to say is thank you. You might not see this hamza but I really appreciate you uploading every single day you really do help us men a lot and I’m forever grateful finding your channel.
I am looking forward to hearing out the news, good or bad. I believe in you and I know for a fact that you'll be blessed with a beautiful family. All you have to do is KEEP FIGHTING!
I was Jeffery - started taking massive action a few weeks back, making more money, hitting the gym 9x a week (6 days weights and 3 days kick-boxing) - and I am starting to document all that. Will never be able to thank you enough, much love brother! You took me out of depression!
@ondrxj 😂 I train weights six days a week and 3 days of those six days I workout twice which includes weights in the morning and kick boxing in the evening.
Sometimes I just feel like pretty much dead inside like I have literally no pulse whatsoever but when I watch a video from Hamza it always gives me hope. Thank you.
Learning underlying concepts like these is far more valuable than any tutorial you could watch. Doing things is easy, but doing them well and with intention is difficult
While your points in the first 2.5 minutes are valid, I would like to elaborate, Developing a specific skill set is very difficult because you are competing in a market of other people who have the same skills, it requires months and years of hardship and small wins to compete at a high enough level that results in more money in exchange for your value. And if you can systematize along the way, you can buy back your time little by little for the value you provide, but it's damn hard and requires a lot of soft skills and leadership. Social skills are great, but strategic communication is the most important, which ties into your time and how you value yourself. Chances are, you will get taken advantage of until you decide your worth is more than the social dynamic you are caught up in, and therefore, you will need to make some very tough decisions along your journey and take risks. It hurts A LOT sometimes, but it is a must. My advice is to stick with what you are passionate about and figure out how you can make good money doing it while automating and systematizing it along the way. If you are not passionate about what skill you choose to do, you will burn out. But it's a learning experience regardless, so eventually, it will lead to a better path. But never settle for less that what you can have, do not give up.
Thank you, Hamza for recommending the book "how to win friends and influence people". I have listened to half the book and I have already learned so much about social skills, it's a great book, and I recommend it to everyone seeing this.
Time management is actually one of the most important skills that any person can learn and incorporate into their lives. Our Attention is our biggest currency and in this modern world of distractions , it’s very easy to loose focus. Being in the Military has taught me the purpose of managing time and how when we think we cannot do something in a given time frame , we can get it done if urgency is put into place 💯
Patience is so underrated. A lot of people (including myself) want to see results fast, so they get ansy when they don't see massive progress after a short period of time. It took me some time to realize that success is truly a marathon not a sprint (i know, cliche af), and having a long-term mindset is whats ultimately gonna keep me in the game and help me be successful in the long run.
The problem with me and my social skills…I’m actually very social, but I am short so when I’m around a bunch of taller people, I get drowned out by everybody and I’m seen as the odd one out. This has happened a lot. And the only way I feel that I can be an equal is to be more assertive, but when I do, it comes off like I’m trying too hard. If I’m with one or two people, I’m fine. But in groups, when everyone is taller than me, I’m not given a chance to be respected or valued socially. I just look very different and I stand out a lot. Also, I have a bit of a stutter sometimes, it’s not terrible, but it happens every now and then, and it makes me come off as weak. So even if it happens one time in a conversation, I might as well scream “I’m weak and vulnerable”, which further leads to the whole “odd man out” thing. So it’s like, I’m very social and all that, I’m able to make friends and stuff, but as soon as the group gets big, I get drowned out by all the taller people and get put on the back burner. This ends up getting me seen as “oh yeah, that guy. Yeah he’s chill”.

The friends are incredibly important indeed. For example, one of the things that make my work worth it is the fact that i have friends by my side. And next summer my friend will move to a bigger city in my country and that's one of the things that make me want to move out more than ever. There are other factors as well, but the 2 most important ones are the internet connection (i don't even have cable here) and a friend, which makes it easier to move out since i won't be alone there
Summary of this video 1. Social Skills 2.Time management 3.Discipline 4. Stoicism 5.Sales 6. Meditation 7. Patience 8.Humility The world is changing Hard times are coming guys, so try your best to be financially ready.
Hey hamza I been using the kyoketsu-shoge ( knife with chain basically) brother I STRONGLY recommend you pick this up it works your brain like no other weapon I can think of. I have been using this for about a 2 years like it deadass increase you hand eye coordination. I hope you read this and start practicing it. It’s quite fun
Hamza you just described me, I’ll admit I’m kinda a Jeffrey rn because I watch a lot of self improvement RUclips videos everyday but don’t take action, but I will start now
My biggest problem has always been social skills. I had a difficult time growing up which made it difficult to do sports. And when I was able to, I was too scared to approach or actually do it since I was always really scared and doubtful about every new situation without a clear direct thing to do. It was always much harder for me to navigate networking and social events, expressing and presenting myself in an interesting way etc, than my peers and friends. And that just sank me further and further into depression, which made my social skills worse. It is true that those with less overall skills but better social skills are always going to succeed and go further. I'd say I got better here and there. But definitely, one of the key things is to not spend much time on the Internet or social media, or any distracting entertainment. Keep it away as much as possible. And I believe it will force you to be present and alive in social settings much more. Being chill and relaxed when things go wrong can also make things better
hey guys i started self improvement 4 days ago im 16 i started meditating working out take some time in the sun fixed my sleep and started no fap, im asking if there is any videos u recommend that will help me change my self and become an Adonis, thx for helping
11:11 Hamza Sir, Will u make a particular video on "Sales" plz and explain it more in detailed 🖤.. And also plz explain about "Making the Right Discission" Thank u 🖤
I’m always confused when it comes to meditation because some people say it’s sitting and not thinking if anything at all and others say it’s sitting and facing all your demons and nagging thoughts that u carry head on. I started sitting without a distraction and facing my mental anchors for like 30 mins-2 hours a day and it kind of does help. So I’m just going to stick with that method: facing all my mental problems head on
Yo bro. I know this was posted only 3 minutes ago but Just from the first 1 minute and 30 seconds I watched I felt like the style of editing is going back to hyperstimulating again. By that I mean the music, visuals and zooms in and out. I think the old style of video where it's just you talking to the camera is more genuine and less jeffrey pleasing. Take care and Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it!
Hello Hamza Im mohammed from gaza I like your content and respect everything you give us , however i genuinely wanna change into the best version of myself and being financially stable is the core of any self improvement , so we would really appreciate you guiding us on how to start making real money , i follow many self development youtubers and yet i still suffer financially i cannot put my finger on the issue. I feel like making money is the hardest thing ever unlike what every youtuber says about how easy it is .
Im 12 yo right now going to 13 next year im so happy now with almost quitting videogames you changed my whole mindset i see my friends differently and as jeffries
U recommended me to read "Hard times create strong men" I haven't gone so far yet.( I'm in pg. 13)but that book really made me think if I'm being watched. Every nail hit on the head accurately, even in my own personal life. Though the book says it might offend some readers, I wasn't at all Offended. More or less kinda scared of how accurate it was. Plus it engaged my interest to know more about stoicism. How I plan to make reading part of my life. Monday : Finances Tuesday : Social skills Wednesday : Stoicism Thursday : Sales Friday : Account lessons learned in the week. Rinse and repeat as Im a student. At least ten pages a day. A paraphrase of stoicism "You are not special, snowflake....." Combine it with Hamza's motto "..... Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it." (I kinda like Marcus Aurelius 's point of views also)
I do a night shift at ASDA and I’m going to quit on my next pay check. It’s just fucking up my health (mental and physical) I’m only doing it bec it’s OK pay and I get 10% discount, special occasions it goes up to 20%. But watching Hamza. This may seem dumb but I’ve finally gathered that mental health is very important to becoming a successful man. And my sleep at the moment is terrible so mental health must not be great as well
never have I ever felt more called out by a Jeffrey part more than this video i've started implementing a shit ton of self improvement stuff in the past year, im still definitely lacking in some areas tho, i gotta start implementing more and more
Damn hamza you're getting much better with attention retention. Some things that would keep me even more hooked in more is some extra stories. (ex: giving extra Jeffery examples for some of the steps "The next step is DECISION MAKING. Jeffery goes about his day indulging in every distraction he sees, he clicks on the game instead of opening the essay document. Adonis is not a slave to his emotions, he has blocked out external distractions and is focused. Or include some more of your own stories and your experiences like how Dale Carnegie writes in his "How To Make Friends and Influence People" book.)
Hey hamza you changed my life man thank you so much I recently play some video games with my friends for the first time in about 6 months and it was very depressing and I could see that they wanted to quit but just couldn’t and I thank you so much for changing my life for the better
Hello Hamza,i'm a 12 years old brazilian, and i have learnd valuable things with you,i'm at school but im inspired myself in you,and probably gonna study the firts one, social skill, but thank you, your videos are funny, bye (If I made any mistake sorry.)
I know hamzas probably not going to read this but I just want to thank you for changing my life for the better. Keep doing what you are doing, thousands of young men are depending on it. 👍💪
Hearing this is hard because I can’t speak to people without coming off weird, because my anxiety is too bad to think straight even when I’m ordering food somewhere
Hey, looking for some advice/resources. I am thinking of starting a buisness with a friend who is very work driven and im not sure where to start. It is going to be a "General Labour" buisness, some young guys come and do physically hard tasks, stuff carpentry related, lifting, demolision, landscaping, etc. Where do I start? How do I figure out pricing? Getting clients? Organizing? I would love some book or video suggestions please, thank you.
stoism is actually the most importnt thing. If you're stoic, you can just ignore your emotions when you don't feel like doing the work, this developp discipline. Now that you have discipline, you can develop all the other skills.
I always look out for a specific piece of wisdom in your videos that is tailored for either of current needs or an opportunity to learn from other's experiences. In this case it is patience, I have been grounded on the nature of success now, and I am confident I will be able to keep up the work until I succeed, thank you Hamza
hey, bro, I am a 15-year-old kid and I started watching your videos a couple of days before and i love you work your hard work. I want to be changed because I do Masterbatuion and want to stop but can't stop so please make a detailed video on it specially for kids like me and I'm from pakistan and muslim as you. I hope you will reply me and make a video like I want. Bro your inpiration is now important to me cause you're the one who openly tell everything. Thanks Love You 😘❤
Hey, could you do some video about your routines, what do you exacly do, what abs excersises are you doing, what stretches are you do amd something like that. Maybe amother video like "Cult Leader Day"
You forgot a few skills I have used. 1. Selling illegal items 2. Money Laundering 3. Corruption in a government office 4. Robbery 5. Tax evasion For legal reasons this is a joke
Love that you've also started to mention careers in your videos as well. If you want to become successful in your career self improvement is a big big key appreciate the content Hamza
I only went one full day without junk food and then got home from school the next day and ate it again. I’ve started journaling and meditating daily and don’t understand why I can’t stop eating junk. I know its bad for me I know I need to stop and that’s all I can think about whilst eating it. Right now I’m skinny fat and need to get a 6 pack. If anyone has a discord server or anything like that please tell me. I feel like now the only way to improve is to be around a strong brotherhood of masculine men to motivate me on my journey
Bro I'm on my journey, it's so much to hold on my shoulders and keep standing but atleast I'm grateful now I found uh here , sumtimes I feel like just pick my phone dial your number and talk to you Thank you so much Hamza , ur more like a big brother to me ❤️
It’s ok to be emotional as a man. Just do it through a cool medium like art and stay stoic through your day to day. Reserve that emotion for creation muahaha

Monday : Finances
Tuesday : Social skills
Wednesday : Stoicism
Thursday : Sales
Friday : Account lessons learned in the week.
Rinse and repeat as Im a student. At least ten pages a day.
A paraphrase of stoicism
"You are not special, snowflake....."
Combine it with Hamza's motto
"..... Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it."
(I kinda like Marcus Aurelius 's point of views also)

I do a night shift at ASDA and I’m going to quit on my next pay check. It’s just fucking up my health (mental and physical) I’m only doing it bec it’s OK pay and I get 10% discount, special occasions it goes up to 20%. But watching Hamza. This may seem dumb but I’ve finally gathered that mental health is very important to becoming a successful man. And my sleep at the moment is terrible so mental health must not be great as well

Thanks Hamza...............You are the saviour.............
stoism is actually the most importnt thing. If you're stoic, you can just ignore your emotions when you don't feel like doing the work, this developp discipline. Now that you have discipline, you can develop all the other skills.
Just bought the paperback book and two versions of audible! The old and new! Time to take actions, not be nice guy but social and gentleman

I always look out for a specific piece of wisdom in your videos that is tailored for either of current needs or an opportunity to learn from other's experiences. In this case it is patience, I have been grounded on the nature of success now, and I am confident I will be able to keep up the work until I succeed, thank you Hamza

thank you
Hey Hamza I noticed that in your book list of Amazon you didn't put "How to Win friends and influence people".
Your videos are keep getting better and better and you upload a lot more thank you for leading us
I only went one full day without junk food and then got home from school the next day and ate it again.
Your thumbnail artist is doing a very good job, great video
Bro I'm on my journey, it's so much to hold on my shoulders and keep standing but atleast I'm grateful now I found uh here , sumtimes I feel like just pick my phone dial your number and talk to you
Thank you so much Hamza , ur more like a big brother to me ❤️
Thank you brother
for the person who got asperger/autism, how to improve on the social skills?
You got to hand it to the thumbnail artist. They perfectly depict hamza's attitude towards said topic. They look so clean and yeah. Fair play
Also at my martial arts school (itf taekwondo) we say that blackbelt is master if the basics. Its like your white belt for the advanced skills.
Your had work is literally making my life easier by compiling this stuff into videos, and I’m old enough to be your dad.🤣 respect.

It’s ok to be emotional as a man. Just do it through a cool medium like art and stay stoic through your day to day. Reserve that emotion for creation muahaha
