You can do it! You don't need to beat yourself up to lose weight. I put on an extra 20 during covid. Before summer, I would walk 7,000 steps and 5 AM and 7,000 steps at 5 PM and another 4 to 5k steps during the day. I did this 7 days a week for 8 weeks and lost 25 pounds (1.75 stones). Not only did I lose weight, but my doctor removed me from all high blood pressure and cholesterol medicines. The mental health benefits were immeasurable.
