hall sensor and speed sensor? ive never actually used it but ive always been under the impression the white wire on the hall plug was a temp sensor wire.. good to know.

I recently buy one motorbike when the battery lithium 72v 30 Ah is connected, it always shows as 100% full with four bars on the speed display.
However, the issue is that the bars do not decrease while driving; it remains at 100%. When I travel around 50 kilometers , the battery runs out but I only get the low battery signal with the icon appearing just about 30 seconds to a minute before it's completely depleted. This means I never see the battery level drop; it's either full or empty, making it very difficult to manage the autonomy, knowing when to recharge, especially since it could run out when far from a charging point.

My speed is not matching how do I calibrate it?
This must be why on the generic controllers I use lately with no display the 3 speed does not change motor speed. They are set to 0 at the factory. But I have older controllers that the 3 speed does work. Also the controller low voltage cut off on my 48/60/72 volt controller is set to 42 volts for a 48 v battery. I was using a 52v battery and the BMS must have no over discharge protection because it did not cut off till 42v. Not good.

I have the same set up when i connect the battery to the controller im only reading 1.7v but the battery is reading 68.2v any ideas? Has the controller gone faulty??
Hi.. your BMS is deactivated.. measure the battery voltage under load....
How do i activate it?
@@samingham3077 You must make diagnosis on the battery... most probably you have some parallel cells undervolt or any bms cutted wire... check your battery
Any link to that display ? is it a SIAECOSYS variant ?? none seem to show the multimedia option like yours.

Maybe some screen from monocicly( like begode, liperkim, inmotion). But they probably not cheap

all you have to do is connect CAN H from the bms to CAN H on the display and CAN L from the bms to CAN L on the display just these 2 wires is all thats needed and then enable the CAN protocol in the bms app,some bms can only enable CAN protocol using the pc app
