@@eric_andrews Can you take your usual ecommerce marketplace and social media example and do a valuation on that. From this video of yours ruclips.net/video/Q9lnHGFrfd4/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/q5jwJqHECBs/видео.html
Love your work! Is it possible to teach us how to do a pricing model for Subscription model, hourly rate and project based model please 🙏 there is no tutorial on how to do situational analysis for pricing and a bit struggling
I would look at your unit economics (LTV and CAC), and that is how I would think about what pricing is appropriate, here is a video on that: ruclips.net/video/AMKgcBzK7cg/видео.html
At around the 9:00 in the video, the annual revenue should be 100*14204%. Should we be adding 100 again to it since the annual growth rate calculation already took care of it? 100*(1+(10%))^52
Very helpful Eric! Do you have KPI customer metrics (LTV, CAC, etc) examples for the multifamily (apartment) industry? In this industry revenue is based on a lease term (6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc)
Not specifically but that payback profile is very similar to B2B SaaS. Check out some of the SaaS metrics I bet they would apply really well to real estate.
