You can tell ash learned a lot from Atif. Atif was the first person I ever saw just stand in someone’s face and then do a super delayed low and seeing Arslan do that now to close out so many rounds this Evo was awesome. Brothers teach their brothers
I've seen that type of thing working as a mixup. T7 Anakin vs Knee. Knee ultimately won, but anakin started doing the offtempo mixups and shit was hype.
AO is one of the top Kuni player but the gap between him arslan is astronomical

The thing that Korean and Japan people don't know Is that these Pakistani Tekken players started playing in dirty Arcades with no airconditioner and just passion for gaming, Khan who defeated Arslan his own country men actually borrowed the Arcade stick from someone from the tournament. Japanese and Koreans are facing the Pakistani player who have US Marine level training in worst environment in Tekken. Just like when I used to play Company of Heroes 2 on a laggy PC but for tournament I had a smooth powerful PC, I leveled the field. This is like a person who train at normal gravity level is facing a person who trained at 50 times gravity.

Everyone major region like south korea, japan etc are playing the game for very long so nothing to brag about it. Other Pakistani players are good but not consistent like Arslan. He is different

Too much pride man. There are footage of Pakistanis and specifically Arslan before Tekken 7. So no, Arslan wouldn't have dominated the past eras. To me, Arslan is best Tekken player TODAY. And to me, Knee is still the greatest all time because of tournaments, influence, longevity, Deathmatches, etc.

Nah. I mean Arslan is the most dominant right now. But there’s always a new player waiting for their time to shine. Also, Arslan won’t be playing on this level forever. Look at Justin Wong. One of the all time greats, and was a machine on his prime. Now, he’s still awesome but he’s no longer good at these high level tournament. Hasn’t won Evo in 10 years and gets eliminated very early in these tourneys. Same with Daigo. happens to the best. You can’t stay on top forever. But you can build your legend while you’re on top, and that’s what Arlsan is doing rn.
