Ace I say this with love bro, I am into fitness. If you want to lose weight, just burn more calories than you consume. If you remove processed food, and do cardio every morning, you will be in shape, within 6 months. Buying machines, or any other short cut, to exercise and good diet, you just wasting your time and money.
Bro a CPAP machine is for sleep apnea. It can literally keep him from dying in his sleep. Otherwise your point is very valid.
