- I asked this homeowner if I could clean his dirty driveway for free. He told me he was weary that I was lying but after talking for a while he let me do the work. When I got finished, he was absolutely stunned with the result!

Weary means tired, wary means skeptical,lol.
Oh WOW! What a difference !! My granddaughter is watching with me. We were shocked at the difference. She said "it makes the house even more beautiful!!"

Weary means tired, exhausted, etc. If he's suspicious he is wary.
This neighborhood Spencer has been working in has very expensive houses. I'm surprised they don't take better care of the driveways.
I think the word you were looking for is wary. Weary is a whole different meaning.

I'm always conflicted over which channel I like better, this one or the mowing one... I think this one because pressure washing is so overlooked by most homeowners

You can also use "leery" which means suspicious or wary.
You should do an invoice at 0$ just to reassure the client.

WOW WOW WOW!! Think you just tacked on about $2-3k worth of value to that house. That driveway NEEDED the powerwash!! And now it's so purdy!! He might not want to even drive on it!! Haha.
