I love how Kim Huat blends the unique vibes of Singapore and New York-such an interesting perspective! If you're ready to take your storytelling to new heights, let's chat about some strategies that could boost your content even further.
Great idea, Kim Huat! Your suggestion, especially about implementing a points demerit system or using CCA points, is spot on. Every afternoon, inconsiderate parents park their vehicles indiscriminately near my place, blocking access and creating significant risks for emergency vehicles trying to reach their destinations. In my precinct, there's only one entrance, which makes the situation even more dangerous during emergencies. I just don’t understand why they refuse to park at the multi-storey car park; it’s inconsiderate and selfish behavior. Addressing this issue is crucial for the safety of everyone in the area
This country tries to take a balanced approach to the situation. Policies, though not popular, are generally accepted. Life goes on despite the unhappiness.
Support. Alleviate school-zone congestion issues and "encourage" civic-mindedness and efficiency towards bettering our environment too, two birds with one stone.
Give parents School-fetching credits. 50 credits for each child. Each credit can be used for one fetch. Parents who do not own cars can also sell their credits. Schools can also sell credits to highest bidders.
Aiya, they caused jam while also trapped in the jam what… let them be. It probably the best and only quality time they could spend together. “Sorry for the sarcasm, children“
Who....in the right frame of mind will pay $100K or more for the right to buy a car? Only rich Singaporeans!! Some more, brand n model also matter. Mar -sir- mati? Mar-sai-dee; Jar-kwa, etc. Many Singaporeans kee siao liao....
Trust me, will not :- now is occasionally 'Sea View' like Sentosa liao~ and rich folks there can haoliao they get to use their 'yatch' or speedboats once a while =p
who is the MP for bukit timah? why never solve the problem, is not a new problem. ya, quite suay, beside flooding, traffic congestion, they also got to face the chinese national who broke into their houses and steal.
Back to your old self. No 1 .... COE is not the best way to price transport. Commercial vehicles should be excluded as we have road pricing like erp, import tax for vehicles and road tax. Given a choice would u choose moderate jam vs higher prices ??
COE only implemented in Singapore. After over 30 years, not one country adopted the SG COE system. I wonder why, Mr Brown? 🤎 Are Singaporeans really so afraid and accept and still make sure they stay in power for more COE? I guess they have no right to complain
The COE was implemented to control car ownerships but it didn’t work for Singaporeans just love to buy n drive cars , now it’s a cash cow that the government enjoys collecting. The COE is here to stay even if the PAP is voted out
@@LonganLee you asked Are Singaporean really so afraid.etc etc..”, I would say, yes, Singaporean r afraid of change, in their mindset, they reasoned that another party will not do any better therefore they rather stick with the PAP that they r accustomed to. The PAP might lose seats but not the majority. Also,if another party is the majority,(unlikely), the party will not remove the COE, like I said,it’s a cash cow
Already got a ERP gantry before Singapore Chinese girls school before Steven road junction but it has not been operational for years.
U make my day👍👍Huat Ahhh!!!!
