- Hi everybody! ⭐Happy new year from Japan! 🎆 In this video, I will be showing you my Hobonichi Techo pages last 2020. 💖 2020 was a CRAZY year for everybody. Even with all the craziness and challenges that happened, there were a lot of small wins that I was able to document through journaling. Indeed, there is still something to be grateful and appreciative for everyday. 🙏 ☺️

I really want to share my learning from this year. I graduated high school this year I was supposed to move to San Fransico by July in time for the new school year and try to spend the little time I had with my friends. 2020 put a stop to that and it gave me so much time, time to do what I love, journaling, stationery, playing video games, reconnecting with my art, and time to really sit with the fact my teenage life is over. Time especially free time is something I know is rare once you're an adult. And it's crazy to think I would have had to be in a new city all by myself by July 2020 or even waking up and realizing my childhood was over a long time ago. 2020 was the year I was supposed to grow up and be an adult. So thank you 2020 for letting me sit with my youth just one last time.
I remember when you got those journals. Can't believe it's been a year.
I'm currently doing research on inspiration and tips for my first scrapbook and I just want to say this video absolutely wowed me! Your work is so creative, cute, interactive and touching. I've alwayss loved this kind of stationary, so it's amazing to find a whole channel filled with it! Your notes and reflections definitely made me tear up because this past year has also been pretty rough for me, but I'm so glad you've stuck with this hobby that you really thrive in and get joy out of. You inspire me to do the same. Thank you for reminding me of the power of journaling/scrapbooking! 💕
My learning from last year in 2020 is: it is ok to share when I am not feeling mentally strong. One time I even called out from work. I needed mental rest day ♥️ happy weekend to you
Love looking back on these flip through as and remembering the videos some of the pages were featured in. Hehe
I discovered journaling this year, in part thanks to you and your channel, and I love it because I find it really relaxing too. Especially as a little thing to do at the end of a tiring work day. And collecting cute stationery (LIKE WASHI) is always super enjoyable. Haha.

You always consistent to make everything become so loving, beautiful, cute perfect. The learning of last 2020 is precious to remember in my head from I grew up by spiritual faith for every month, got good or bad experience, grateful for little things or big gift I received, keep journaling for my therapy soul, reading book for knowledge, relaxing in music, watching movies "Soul" on Disney hotstar app on December ago. Oh my that is so thick! You really inspired me so much! I started my kawaii journaling last august since the day I discovered your channel! And it helps me a lot! Now I’m crazy over stationeries more than my before stationery addiction. I spend so much money but I have to control my self. Now I am using some kawaii print outs from free magazines and fliers in convenience stores here in Japan. I love the way you journal everything! T_T My spendings might have went through the roof in 2020 bc of all the online spendings I did to have happy mails.
When you need to work from home everyday and the stress that accumulates.
Happy mails reallyyyyy brings sooooo much joy!
First thing I ask when my parents are back is if there are any mails for me.
But for 2021 one of my goal is to spend less and use up more of the supplies I have accumulated!
